“Wonderful people at Cal Bolt. I went to four different specialty stores before being referred to Cal Bolt to help me find a very small screw for a suitcase. They were able to help me get the right screws needed and showed they cared about my problem enough to work on a solution. Saved me hundreds of dollars on a replacement.”

“Received 5star service on A difficult to find light switch! I am not electrician and we made a special order for the wrong item. The product was available for pick up the very next day and it was incorrect. I was more than 50% responsible for the incorrect order. Without any charges or restocking fee they re-ordered the correct item and I received it, again within one day. All of this and it was done with a smile and a fair price”

“Quick service, fast shipping. I even received a small refund, because the shipping charges came in somewhat lower than what was charged when I placed the order. I am giving only 4 stars because unfortunately the ordered foam was damaged/scuffed in places. No problem for my needs this time, but ideally I would have expected undamaged material.”

“I called Walters in Santa Ana, California looking for a specific lighting fixture for my office. It was an LED recessed light that burned out (actually, two of them burned out), that were installed in 2017. The easiest fix was to replace them with the same fixture. I did some initial searches for the light fixture, and couldn't find the model. So I called Walters Wholesale Electric and a gentleman named Don B. answered the phone. Not only was he courteous and helpful, he was EXCEPTIONAL in his customer service. I gave him the serial number for the light fixture, and emailed him photos of the light and fixture. Within 5 minutes he called me back to let me know they didn't carry that light. But...he searched it on the internet and found Lowes had them - in stock at the location near me. Who does that? He went the extra mile to find a solution to my problemIt was a discontinued item, but Lowes indeed had some stock left, and I was able to complete my project.Thank you Don. I will certainly return to Walters for my next lighting project.”
