“I went to Tmobile to ask for a receipt for two modems I had returned. We had closed our shop and returned the modems at their location. Brian offered to assist and was able to print out a copy of a receipt for me. Informed him I had returned two modems. He then did some research and was able to find the second receipt. Thank God. We are getting billed and we're not sure for what.
Ysidro jumped in and explained a few things to us that made us feel better and he helped us understand why we were getting billed. Now all we are going to do is call to clear things up with Tmobile and make sure they give us the credit fir the modems.

“The representative who was there by herself took her time to connect the Bluetooth which I bought. Initially the Bluetooth wasn't connecting for whatever reason. She used another one and it connected immediately. I'm truly happy she persisted to get it right and sent me on my way with a functioning gadget. Quite grateful for her resourcefulness and professionalism.”

“It’s not a bad 7/11 cashier is real cool dude the only thing I don’t like is that sometimes this homeless dude comes and it’s not the one that is usually there but a African American dude with dreads always yelling threats and spitting if you don’t give him money. Makes it hard to go there with my son.”
“I found the Heil Headset part I needed on their website AT the lowest price too! After order I immediately got a personal email with a apology saying the part was out of stock from Heil (not uncommon these days) and was asked if I wanted to cancel the order or wait it out.”

“So it was my first time pumping gas here. I love the coffee cakes. But they can be hard to find after the morning hours. Both clerks were so polite and helpful! A rude inpatient customer was yelling at the clerks ! Not ok!!! Taylor found me two coffee cakes that were in a different section. She handled the upset customer well!! Thank you. I've lived in Gardena for 23yrs.. I appreciate you!! I will definitely be back.”

“This 7 Eleven is seriously different from all the others just for one reason… their employees. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted genuinely, and by the time you leave, you're either smiling or cracking up. The current boss in charge of hiring totally deserves a raise. There are three other 7 Elevens nearby, but this is the only one I’m throwing my money at.”
