“Good experience, took kind of long to get the refund process going, but I got it eventually once I got someone on the phone so all is well that ends well. Refund is officially en route. Call the 213 number listed on this page overview, make sure to call in the morning during business hours, have your order number ready, and make sure your return was already received by them. When you get the shipping label, also save the tracking number that's on the shipping label for your own reference.
Anyway, they confirmed that they did get the return, and the lady immediately pushed the refund back. She said it will take up to 3 business days since it got pushed back on a Thursday, which is fine with me. Shortly after that, received an email confirming my refund is en route to the card on file.
