“I love this store. They sell in bulk as well as normal sizes. They also have extensive selection of cleaning and disinfection products as well as hard to find kitchen utensils and cookware. The best part is you don't need a membership to shop and the store is not a huge wear house so it doesn't wear you out. I've also found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. A little tip is they accept ebt food and cash. Also if you are looking for dry ice you can find it there! If you haven't been yet try it out you are bound to find a bargain that will put a smile on your face.”

“I have been shopping here for years. The prices and location is awesome. Maybe they can work in the parking lot. That is very crowded but cashiers like Cecilia are always very helpful.”

“I had a great experience at FreezPak Cold Storage. The front desk staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Maria was especially nice and made the pickup process easy and pleasant. My load was overweight, but Maria and the staff were very helpful while I worked with them to remove one pallet and get everything corrected. I really appreciate their patience and excellent customer service. Thank you, Maria, for being so helpful and professional. Great place to pick up a load! Highly recommended. ?? “They sell their items in bulk and they have prices there that like you would get for at the clubs stores without all of those fees you would just be buying your food, your food and your supplies that you need and they also have dog food, cat food, and things of that nature”

“This Padasushi spot tucked away in the back corner of Smart & Final is a lifesaver. It’s so easy to grab while grocery shopping, and the value is unbeatable. Huge portions and super fresh—perfect for a quick business lunch or an easy dinner on the way home. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve been in this location numerous times and various locations. The employees here are very helpful and professional. Tonight Eric rang me up after helping me get into his line. Above and beyond. Prior cashiers have been equally helpful and friendly. Today I just happened to save the receipt and it had Eric’s name on it. I wish I had the receipt from the previous cashiers to give them credit as well. I hope that these good employees do get reviewed recognized raises when merited as good employees what keeps me going to locations. Overall, this location has good parking. It’s a well stock store it’s clean and the other customers are very friendly and courteous as well. Thanks!”

“The second shift/night time security guard is the reason for going to this place, he's going above and beyond the call of duty to make every customer feel important. Plus, the prices are low and the weekly specials are on point.”

“Smart and final is absolutely amazing for what it is, hence why it's getting 5 stars despite what im about to say next. Be very wary of the sushi. I had some, and a day later, I got really bad food poisoning. We're talking horror story levels of agony. But as long as you dont buy the sushi, prices are amazing and everything else ive had has no issues.”

“I had such a great experience thanks to Quartet (Quartz). She was kind, patient, and truly went the extra mile to help me out and accommodate my request. You can tell she truly cares about customers, and because of her, it makes me want to go back to this store. Customer service like this is rare. Employees like her make a huge difference. Truly appreciate her help! Thank you! ??”

“Just popped into Smart & Final Extra and found the best deal on avocados I've ever seen they were perfectly ripe and only 99 cents each plus the cashier was super friendly and made checkout a breeze.”
9850 Laurel Street, Los Angeles CA 90002
“The store is really good. Looks everything clean. They have a very good customer service but it’s always big lines because they’re opening a lot of cashiers lanes but it’s a really good store to buy whatever you’re looking for.”
2901 Los Feliz Blvd #130b, Los Angeles CA 90039
“Nearest Costco to where I live. Almost always packed, even on week days. The parking lot is large enough but still getting a parking spot closer to the store is a bit different and sometimes chaotic which is why I usually park a bit further away. I recommend finding a spot near a shopping cart return location. It's more convenient and easier to return your shopping cart. For the Costco warehouse, plenty of stuff. Sales run frequently. Staff are usually helpful. The checkout area is a bit cluttered. So when queues form, it gets a bit chaotic but the lines move quickly. The food court area is a bit small. When there's a crowd, things can get a bit chaotic.”

“The reason I am rating today is not to complain about how rude staff have been over years including managers never welcoming costumers or appreciating us. I want to recognize Esme cashier she is awesome She helped me twice always great costumer service at 12:58 pm on 04/05/2025”

“I was glad to find out that I could order in bulk with them over the phone, I just had to provide the sku of the product from the website I was on and the rest was history. The event I needed the lights for was a success! Quality products and good business, thumbs up.”

“A frequent customer. Times are tough. It's hard to even smile, especially grocery shopping. I have to mention 2 things about Smart and Final. Any time I've needed help, easy. Easy to find an emplyee and always willing help. Unusual now a days. 3 days ago, I returned to this Smart and Final to exchange an item I had purchased, 2 days prior. I hadn't kept the receipt. I geared up for the probability of a problem, not having that proof of purchase. I see the manager. I stated the reason for exchange, have no receipt. Let me say this. Ms Wonderful ( manager ) understood. Did exchange. Explained what probably happened. She did all this, faster than the time it's taken me to type the first 2 sentences. If I hadn't lost my glasses, I'd be saying thank you to this manager's actual name., This manager was fast, efficient, and kind, making this exchange, simple. You go, girl! Thank you, Smart and Final, to care enough about your customers to employ such wonderful representatives, like this manager. Sincerely, A Long Time Customer”

“for 53 tractor trailers delivering here! It is very tight and busy. The dock is inside the building. You might have an option to unload on the street IF you are delivering a couple of pallets. I was bringing 13 pallets and I couldn't talk him into a street unload. The owner is a good hard working man... seems to be family owned. I advise avoiding a blind side backing situation by driving south on S Central then left turn onto E. 12th St then left onto Himlock. see the pictures posted after I backed into the dock.”
2949 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles CA 90006
“No matter what, this store takes you 20-40mins to check out. It’s uncanny. Either a single cashier’s fighting for their life with a line wrapping around the freezer section or no line but a customer starts some bullshit argument that requires manager. Every. Time. This place literally drives me insane. I’ve been shopping here for 7 years”
