The lady that was behind the counter helped me out alot. The next time I returned I had completely forgotten my shipping label! Luckily the man that was working let me email him and he printed it out for me! Wow. Thats great customer service!”

“I gave the wrong address for my package( didn’t include my apartment #) and got an email from the place I bought it from saying it failed delivery. Hopped onto the USPS website and inputted my tracking number to find out my package was “disposed” of. Looked through the website and filed a service request at around 11:00 p.m. All I could do was wait and see what would happen. Luckily, I received a call in the morning around 9 a.m. saying that they could hold my package for one day. Seeing as they open at 9:30, it’s amazing that they get their work started soon in the day. Overall, I received great service for something that was completely my fault. Shoutout to Ms. Rivera.”
