Took about 15 minutes to get one piece of paper notarized.Facility requires masks, social distancing, and diligently wipes down desk space between customers. Desk shields and barriers at counters. Hand sanitizer stations at entrance.”
“The people in this bank branch are so considerate and gentle to us, seniors.Nice spacious, tranquil office too.So different from the Wells Fargo branches in Santa Rosa , especially the one on Farmers lane by Safeway— small place, the bank people being impatient and not well informed. (We use both banks.)We have to drive further to come to this Umpquo branch but we prefer to visit here.”
