“They are not good at the teller station. They want to know what your going to do with your money. The Vice President, Jeanna Garrett wanted me to sit down and have a meeting with her about what I was going to do with $1500 dollars ? I told her she was crazy. The Branch Manager has no right to know what you do with your money. Even the District Manager told me I was wrong, "they do have a right to know how you use your money." Absolutely nuts at that Chase location. Is this still America?”

“This Bank of the West was among the Best of the Best! Even thought because of Covid and being short staffed, the tellers went out of there way to care for my personal needs. Many times in banks there can be many employees at desk, one teller, and a long line of customers. At this Bank of the West any time there was someone in line another teller would show up from a desk to care for them. In addition I received guidance as to how solve my situation by using a neighboring bank in addition to Bank of the West. I was cared for in an "Old School" true customer service way.”
