I called their main line and was helped right away as they looked into my order and provided with an update saying they had shipped. “Bought a car battery. Unfortunately they couldt not install it. They did jump my car though and also checked the alternator and sent me to a place that installed the battery. The next day I returned with the old battery and received $20.00 in return for that.”

“My car was overheating on the 110 fwy so I stopped at the closest auto parts shop. It’s not like I have a mechanic’s # in my contacts.
So, I come in to the store and Luis (the clerk) was very helpful. He helped me out with the item I needed for my car and he also helped me put the coolant in the car. He gave excellent customer service. This guy went over and beyond to insure my safety.
