“The absolute best appliance shopping experience ever! Took awhile to find this treasure, but if you’re reading this, you struck gold! We searched for a new refrigerator and would not buy from chain store, as the customer service, wait times and selection were subpar. Not only did we save on this purchase at Burbank Appliance, but Mike really listened to our needs. He also included fast, professional delivery, install and haul away. Outstanding all around, period.”

“I have dealt with many electronic suppliers before, but these guys have incredible service. I am repairing a very old MacBook Pro from 2010. I needed a new charger for my OLD MacBook, and I saw they had an unopened one, brand new. So, having lived far away and never hearing about them before, I called the store to confirm it was in stock. The gentleman on the phone was super polite and checked to confirm it for me. I said thank you and ordered it. About a day or two later, I got a call from an unknown number. I answered the call, and it was a representative asking about my charger because the one I ordered was specifically for an OLD MacBook Pro, and they wanted to make sure I got the right one. I said it was, and we both laughed. He then let me know I would get it by tomorrow. I have NEVER had a company call me to confirm I got the correct item out of the kindness of their hearts. That is superb customer service, and if I could find any way to get them more business, I would. Give them a call yourself; you will not be disappointed. 10 out of 10!”

“This is my favorite electronics store! I bought my iPhone 14 Pro Max here, and later I came back to buy a escooter for my son. The team is always friendly, helpful, and provides great customer service. It’s a family-owned business, and they truly care about their customers. In my opinion, they’re the best in Burbank! If you’re looking for cool gadgets, e-bikes, e-scooters, or a place you can trust for repairs, you should definitely check out ART Boutique Cellular. Thanks, guys!”

“First heard about Band Pro from my local rental house (they love Band Pro!) I needed a repair on my FX9 so I gave Band Pro a call and the experience was fantastic! Dave talked me through the problem, explained the repair, and made the whole process easy. After the repair I screwed up my camera again, but didn’t realize it was my fault, so Dave took the camera back and fixed the issue at no cost. Down the line I ended up buying a Burano from them, Nir was the salesman who helped me, and he was absolutely amazing! Very educational and informative and did everything he could to save me money. I absolutely love this company, I feel very grateful they exist, and I feel like they have my back. I just fried one of my SDI ports today on my Burano and I am about to ship it to Band Pro for repair. I know they’ll take good care of me. These guys are a gem, do yourself a favor and give them a call!”

“Best experience of my life. I was going in to pay a bill and was greeted by Jimmy as soon as I took the first step in. I have got to say, I have been in tmobile, att, and Verizon but the customer service by Jimmy was as if he was the manager. Jimmy new his promotions, he knew the plans. Jimmy went out of his way to try and save me as much money as possible since I was in a budget. The atmosphere in the store was incredible, I felt the positive energy coming from the mobile experts within this store. I highly highly recommend this store. Ask for Jimmy, I promise you will not regret it, I thought he was the manager??. I will for sure be recommending this store to my friends and family.”

“Great staff. Like any local convenience store I am familiar with the people who work at this particular 7-11, and I can say from the past 4 years experience that this is the most efficient and professional group of people I've ever bought a 2am hot dog from. My privacy is very important to me, and one thing I really appreciate about this store is that the cashiers never comment or make remarks about my purchases. I find that extremely professional. Keep up the good work.”

“Everything seems to be bigger here in Burbank even for Target, located in a large shopping center right next to other stores, I got a bit overwhelmed here, just more stuffs to check out and I guess more spending for me at the end, a lot of their toys were somewhat untouched for no reasons at all, like last week Thanksgiving didn't wipe out the place, but I have to definitely make my stop here again if I am in the area.”

“I had an outstanding experience with Tony at Verizon! He helped me set up new lines and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Not only that, but he found me the absolute best deal on three iPhone 17s — two Pros and one regular — which I truly appreciate. Tony went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly and that I understood all my options. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting me the best value possible. His effort and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. If you’re looking for someone who truly puts customers first, Tony is your guy. Highly recommend!”
