“Cannot say enough about how much gratitude I have for this business being in operation. What would society be without capacitors?!?!?! But, where do you go to find the one that this or that piece of equipment needs to function properly if a cap goes bad? To be able to talk to actual human beings, IN PERSON is such a great experience when you need something as obscure as a particular type of capacitor, with a particular type of rating, material or dimension. No more Fry's, no more Radio Shack stores (and the pandemic has gutted their online stores' inventory) and staff at those outlets have no expertise like the folks at Taw Electronics. The staff at Taw Electronics are fantastic, both over the phone and in person! I only need a lousy TWO capacitors (I was looking for only two low-profile, small, polypropylene 1uf 63v ones) and they really went above and beyond to find two that would work. Initially, they could only find some that were larger, that I was willing to try (having to fit them onto a small circuit board on a condenser microphone), but then, AFTER I had gotten back to my car, the staff person helping me found a couple of smaller ones and came outside to find me to exchange them with the two that I paid only a lousy dollar for! If you have a need for capacitors, don't worry if it's a drive for you to get to Taw Electronics. This is the destination for you. They will hook you up!”

“Sears has come back from the department store dust! For over 130 years, Sears was one of the leading, if not THE leading chain of department stores back in its heyday. As a kid, I fondly remember seeing a chain of Sears stores and their commercials back in the 1990s. Unfortunately, in today's age of digital and technology use, online e-commerce sites such as Amazon, eBay, Temu, and more have been on the rise of convenient shopping. According to Wikipedia, as of January 2024, there are 13 Sears stores remaining, with 12 in the mainland U.S. and one location in the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico. Although the declining number is staggering, Sears has a legacy of mall culture and launching the movement of ordering from mail catalogs. As a local Burbank resident, I am happy to see that this location is one of the last ones remaining. Don't get me wrong, I occasionally shop online but in the end, I generally prefer going to a physical store to get what I need. The Burbank location has 3 stories, the top floor being the most empty due to renovations. The second floor has women's, children's, and men's clothing and accessories. The bottom floor consists of housewares and kitchen appliances. Surprisingly, there is a large variety of items in store with fairly discounted prices. I really hope that this location and Sears as an entire chain overall will remain in business, despite the continuing rise of other competitors and the convenience of online shopping.”

“Best experience of my life. I was going in to pay a bill and was greeted by Jimmy as soon as I took the first step in. I have got to say, I have been in tmobile, att, and Verizon but the customer service by Jimmy was as if he was the manager. Jimmy new his promotions, he knew the plans. Jimmy went out of his way to try and save me as much money as possible since I was in a budget. The atmosphere in the store was incredible, I felt the positive energy coming from the mobile experts within this store. I highly highly recommend this store. “Stopped here to fetch a cup of large coffee and a Match for burning candles and incense. Didn't think they keep matches at the register area as well. Any ways, this is located in a convenient corner in the 'City of Burbank,' CA. I would return again if I need another dose of caffeine. They provide various types of creamer flavors here including Hazelnut!!!! Parking was free right inside the plaza, so totally convenient to stop by here for any last minute needs. I already used public restroom elsewhere so didn't need to look for that here this time. I'd stop by here again.”

“The Target store located at 1033 N Hollywood Way in Burbank is a much smaller store than a regular Target Big Box Store. It's quaint, the employees are helpful and friendly and everyone seems to know each other which very much has a feel the way a small town store does. This store carries just about everything one might need but in much smaller quantities. I highly recommend this Target Store.”

“I go specifically to 7-11's seeking out their delicious Hazelnut coffee and this location has it freshly brewed 24/7! Most don't. For this alone I will give 5 stars! The manager helped me twice in the last 4 days and was professional both times. Same w the employees yesterday when I asked for items to help me troubleshoot my issue.
