“I wasn't exactly sure what was wrong with my phone . I was having glitches and frozen screen issues. The staff was super interested in trying to help me troubleshoot what exactly was wrong with my phone. They knew exactly what they were doing. Explained to me that there was a couple small jobs in front of mine . After a short time, my issues were resolved and my phone was operating normally. I will definitely come back for any other issues I might have if needed. They were awesome !”

“Honestly, I've been to several T Mobile locations for several different issues, and they are minimally helpful. Not so with this location. Other T Mobile stores and even the help line kept asking for a 6 digit pin that I think they must've just assigned to me because I only would've chosen my birthday. Thats the only thing I would've remembered. Or they didn't let me choose my birthday? Either way, I didn't have a 6 digit pin #. Rafi IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. He was the only person who said you can give them the last 4 digits of your social. Had the call center told me I could give the last 4 of my social or the other T Mobile store told me I could tell them the last 4 of my social that would have saved me soooooooo much time and heart ache. Rafi really wanted to help. Some of the other employees really wanted to help. I GOT MY PHONE REPLACED! Other T Mobile Stores I kept begging and begging and then leaving in frustration. This store actually helped me! Thank you!”

“Happy with my new iPhone 11 Pro 256GB (unlocked) purchase here. They were one of the only stores around selling new phones and had the model I wanted. The store is small but very professional-looking, clean. Price was cheaper than at the T-mobile store, which doesn't even have what I wanted in-stock. I like that he had the IMEI pulled on the internet to show me that it's clean. The phone was brand new, everything working great. Go here if you need a shop you can trust.”

She went above and beyond to assist me when the store on Foothill wanted to charge me $50 for something that should have been free –transferring data from my old iPhone 12 to my new iPhone 15. Adriana's professionalism and dedication were truly outstanding, and I can't thank her enough for going the extra mile to help me out. After this wonderful experience, I will never set foot in the location on Foothill and Lowell again. I even spent $2000 at another Verizon store in Santa Monica just because the Foothill location refused to help me. But thanks to Adriana and the Montrose Verizon store, I found the exceptional service I was looking for.”

“Awesome experience today. My first time visiting. The store was not crowded. I have been having connectivity issues with my Samsumg Galaxy S21Ultra. I thought I was going to have to purchase a new Sim card, as mine is old. Armando was incredibly helpful amd friendly. He said many people have been having this issue with the recent storm. He reset my network settings and told me to come back if that doesn't work. He looked at my plan and offered plan upgrades without being too pushy. I let him know I appreciated all of the information and will assess my family plan prior to making any changes today. Highly recommended!”

“Easy as Apple pie!Apple - The Americana at Brand has a beautiful layout with huge large windows overlooking other store, shops, patrons and things to enjoy at this open air mall experience.There is rarely a long wait for service and usually still a great amount of room to walk about and enjoy the classics as well as the latest in Apple software, computers and various devices. Apple at Brand is located toward the back half of the Americana near the parking structure entrance/exit a few feet away from the Cheesecake Factory and directly by the pond and grassy area.I've been an apple user for my personal and professional laptops, desktops and pads, though not an iphone user. You can purchase whatever is in stock online for pickup, drop off devices for care as well as shop in-store as well as by appointment.Genius bar requires appointments, but you can make these in the store as well... Just expect a bit more of a wait.Open everyday until 9PM and as early as 10AM every day of the week (except Sundays at 11AM).”

I did ask a store associate for the main differences between the iPhone 15 Plus and the iPhone 15 Pro Max in terms of camera quality, but he didn't know and said I need to talk to an Apple technician.”

“Out of all the Targets In LA, this one has the best environment. The customers are polite and the staff are pretty solid. It does get confusing that it's two stories and if you forget something, you'd have to go up and down the escalator, but overall my favorite one in the area.Came here to review specifically because a cashier was so exceptionally nice to me today. Her name was Rubi, and she was so efficient and kind she bagged my goods for me (I've noticed people don't do that anymore but RUBI DID!) and she was the perfect amount of conversation without trying too hard.”
