“Jack is seriously the best! He’s super knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. The whole experience was quick, easy, and professional, and he made sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s hard to find someone you can actually trust with your electronics, but Jack is definitely that person.”

“I want to share my deep appreciation for Marvin at AT&T. After dealing with endless frustration, he was truly a breath of fresh air. Marvin is clearly the only person at this store who genuinely understands technical issues inside and out; his intelligence across all aspects of the job is immediately obvious. Despite my complex, confusing explanations of the chaos going on with my phone lately, he listened with remarkable patience, kindness, and understanding. His courteous, approachable as well as professional demeanor completely turned a stressful situation around. Marvin is easily the most knowledgeable and personable representative there, and I am so grateful for his outstanding help!”

“Eric is amazing! I was having an issue porting out a number and Eric's customer service is on point I wouldn't recommend you going anywhere else to your cell phone needs. He also has cell phones in the store and had a great value and exceptional customer service the best in Glendale! He gave me his honest opinion about the plan that would work best for me, and that was the most affordable. If you need a new cell phone plan and need help choosing the right one come to this place!”

“Happy with my new iPhone 11 Pro 256GB (unlocked) purchase here. They were one of the only stores around selling new phones and had the model I wanted. The store is small but very professional-looking, clean. Price was cheaper than at the T-mobile store, which doesn't even have what I wanted in-stock. I like that he had the IMEI pulled on the internet to show me that it's clean. The phone was brand new, everything working great. Go here if you need a shop you can trust.”

“We had a wonderful experience at the store, thanks to Marissa, the district manager. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. We originally came in to take advantage of a promotion, but Marissa went above and beyond to find an even better promotional offer for us. She also generously helped us save on accessories, including phone cases, chargers, and screen protectors. She genuinely took the time to make sure we were getting the best possible deals while making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Her professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer service really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond the way she did. We truly appreciated everything she did for us and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”

“Out of all the Targets In LA, this one has the best environment. The customers are polite and the staff are pretty solid. It does get confusing that it's two stories and if you forget something, you'd have to go up and down the escalator, but overall my favorite one in the area.Came here to review specifically because a cashier was so exceptionally nice to me today. Her name was Rubi, and she was so efficient and kind she bagged my goods for me (I've noticed people don't do that anymore but RUBI DID!) and she was the perfect amount of conversation without trying too hard.”
