Gap in the Glendale Galleria is a very nice store. Merchandise is well stocked and the clothing quality is excellent. The store have great sales and wonderful service. A hard-working manager and sales associate helped people find different sizes and colors and a great couple of pairs of jeans that fit perfectly. The people are super nice and very hard-working. People could stop by and check it out to find great items and a nice place.
I had a great experience at Gap Store in Glendale Galleria, a few days ago. Charlene was very sweet and caring. She went above and beyond to help me find the right size for my daughter. I wish there were associates like Charlene in all stores.

After Christmas mish-mash. . . .disarray. I finally found a couple items. Wish I could have returned a Gap Factory item, seems illogical as it's the same "family" of stores.

Shouldn't there be a super big round bench surrounding a circular stage in front of JC Penney's? People are gonna need a place to sit down.
