Add in a high-tech checkout system. All the price tags have an embedded with something that interfaces with the bins in the checkout area. All you have to do is put your items in the bin and the system automatically presents them to you on a checkout screen.”
“Massive shot out to Tammy! I went in to buy a new suit and had one already mind. She suggested I try an alternative one that will fit my body type better. I did not know my size or anything and she was able to figure all that out for me. Her suggestion looked way better than the one I had picked out and on top of that she even told me I should be getting $100 off it too! Tammy is literally what sales associates should aspire to become. I will definitely shop at this express than other locations because of her.”

“I always pass by this place snd finally stopped by. They have an amazing selection of clothing from chill to formal to going out wear. I do have to say the prices are a little on the high end for the location. I have bought a few items hear because yiu will find things you don't see anywhere else.”

“Chelsea the assistant manager was beyond amazing. I was looking for a Dodgers hat and I could not locate it in the store. Chelsea went through the whole store looking for it, but unfortunately they sold out. She offered to order it online for me and had it shipped to my house at no additional cost which was great. Chelsea made the shopping experience much more pleasant. She had a great and positive attitude. God bless!”
“I was ordering a dress for my daughter's wedding. Mydressline/Iness Couture was one of the few shops that carried this particular designer. She had the dress listed among all the shops at the best price.
I ordered the dress online and immediately Iness herself called me and asked what date I needed the dress by. We agreed on a particular date and if the dress did not arrive to her shop by that date Iness told me she would refund my money no questions asked.
The dress arrived in time to Iness's shop in California. Iness promptly shipped the dress to me. The dress was shipped by UPS and arrived on time.
The dress was a Terani Couture dress, it was exactly what I ordered, and beautiful!”

“I stopped by this PacSun store yesterday inside Glendale Galleria mall in the morning. I came before the mall go really busy so that was a great decision. I took a look at some tshirts they had out and also the jeans selection but nothing stood out to me where I brought it. They are currently having a sale of you buy one then the other one is half off. They sell shoes here as well and it's toward the back of the store. None of the employee approach me while I was inside the store so I was able to browse in peace.”

“American Eagle & Aerie in Glendale Galleria is conveniently located on the 2nd floor beside Macy's.
The staff is friendly and they offer a wide variety of styles at reasonable prices.
However, be aware that they do require personal information when making returns. Overall, a good shopping experience except that!”
