“I had a customer service issue that was a bit thorny, with the parties to blame mostly being Nordstrom’s customer service phone line and the product’s manufacturer (Nuna)… But Nyeishia from the kids department handled the situation really masterfully. We found a solution in the end, and I’m grateful for her help!”

“I love LB. I've been going to Lane Bryant for a very long time. Their clothes, especially their pants, are great quality and they have the perfect fit. I can't talk about them enough. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. They do have sales and cash coupons. I'm sad because they've been closing many of their stores so I hope they don't close the only one closest to me which is the one in Glendale. Also the service was amazing. Thank you!”
“I was ordering a dress for my daughter's wedding. Mydressline/Iness Couture was one of the few shops that carried this particular designer. She had the dress listed among all the shops at the best price.
I ordered the dress online and immediately Iness herself called me and asked what date I needed the dress by. We agreed on a particular date and if the dress did not arrive to her shop by that date Iness told me she would refund my money no questions asked.
The dress arrived in time to Iness's shop in California. Iness promptly shipped the dress to me. The dress was shipped by UPS and arrived on time.
The dress was a Terani Couture dress, it was exactly what I ordered, and beautiful!”

Great selection of products and great service. Very clean store, with a lot of selections inside the store with a lot of sizing available. They also have carry a variety of Los Angeles Dodgers products.

Not only do they offer alteration services, but their selection of clothes are well made in the USA, well coordinated, and reasonably priced. “Macy's is quite pricey, but the merchandise they sell is top notch. I purchased a pair of blue Levi's, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I searched for the pants, tried them on and paid for them in about 10 minutes. Add about 5 minutes from my car to Macy's and back to my car. I'm Happy.”
“I’ve never written a review before but I just had to for this place. I love shopping here the collection of clothes is insane and the staff are very helpful and very sweet. Specifically these two workers. I came in to shop today and return a few items and this young lady Meri D. was very welcoming and very sweet. I was returning an item and was having difficulties with finding my receipt and she helped me find it right away. Not once did she complain and tried to help me as best as she could. The others stores around my area are not like this whatsoever. Her customer service was amazing. I also went back in the line again and ended up with Deanne A. she was very helpful as well. Very welcoming and nice. This store in general is a 10/10 with a 10/10 customer service.”
