“Premium quality, top notch fabrics and design. Then when you add the fact that their prices are 25 to 50% lower than they should be - this becomes an absolutely amazing chain.
Add in a high-tech checkout system. All the price tags have an embedded with something that interfaces with the bins in the checkout area. All you have to do is put your items in the bin and the system automatically presents them to you on a checkout screen.”
“Massive shot out to Tammy! I went in to buy a new suit and had one already mind. She suggested I try an alternative one that will fit my body type better. I did not know my size or anything and she was able to figure all that out for me. Her suggestion looked way better than the one I had picked out and on top of that she even told me I should be getting $100 off it too! Tammy is literally what sales associates should aspire to become. I will definitely shop at this express than other locations because of her.”

The customer service is amazing! Naz the owner is very friendly, kind, helpful and she gives the best fashion advice. She gives her honest opinions about what she thinks looks good on you and what doesn't. You can tell she really cares for her customers and wants them to look their absolute best.”

“I was ordering a dress for my daughter's wedding. Mydressline/Iness Couture was one of the few shops that carried this particular designer. She had the dress listed among all the shops at the best price.
I ordered the dress online and immediately Iness herself called me and asked what date I needed the dress by. We agreed on a particular date and if the dress did not arrive to her shop by that date Iness told me she would refund my money no questions asked.
The dress arrived in time to Iness's shop in California. Iness promptly shipped the dress to me. The dress was shipped by UPS and arrived on time.
The dress was a Terani Couture dress, it was exactly what I ordered, and beautiful!”
“Chelsea the assistant manager was beyond amazing. I was looking for a Dodgers hat and I could not locate it in the store. Chelsea went through the whole store looking for it, but unfortunately they sold out. She offered to order it online for me and had it shipped to my house at no additional cost which was great. “Macy's is quite pricey, but the merchandise they sell is top notch. I purchased a pair of blue Levi's, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I searched for the pants, tried them on and paid for them in about 10 minutes. Add about 5 minutes from my car to Macy's and back to my car. I'm Happy.”
