“Absolutely great staff. My husband left his Cartier wedding ring at the hotel after checkout and the general manager, Art Bedroussian, went out of his way to go to the room himself to inspect and locate the ring! He kept emailing and calling us throughout this process to keep us at ease. Very professional, accountable and trustworthy place to stay at!
The hotel itself is well maintained and right next to the Americana shopping center. It is very clean and the breakfast is kept clean as well. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Glendale.”

“My cousin reserved our room for our 2-night stay because we’re not from the US, and coming in from Yosemite on a long drive. This place was magical after arriving just before midnight. It was a tiring drive but the hotel made us rest really well. That tapsilog breakfast, albeit steaks and eggs in real life with rice is glorious. We will stay here again soon, hopefully in the next FIFA World Cup.”

“My family and I stayed here for the first time last weekend and had a great experience. Brian was very helpful and friendly—he let us know about breakfast and was able to check us in early, which we really appreciated after a long drive. Our kids loved the pool, and the room was exactly as expected with everything we needed for our stay. Please let Brian know how much we appreciated his great customer service—it left such a positive memory during our trip that even our kids are still talking about it. We’ll definitely be staying here again!”

“Great location as it is directly across the street from the Glendale Gallery. The rooms were simple but had all the necessities and were clean. Didn't use the pool area but appeared maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good size parking with front and rear access points.”

“We lived here as a family for a long time.
We are grateful to the motel staff for their kindness, understanding, and help. We stayed in a nice, large room with two big beds, a good bathroom, and a great view of nearby Carr Park from the window. If there were any minor problems in our room, the staff fixed them right away. There was always parking available. The staff regularly repaired and painted things. The motel grounds were generally clean. We express our gratitude and wish your business continued success.

“It's a good hotel. They do a great job maintaining it, but it is showing its age. I do think that parking should be included with the reservation (or at least the option when you book) so it's not a surprise daily fee when you get there. Also, while their restaurant is excellent, and staffed by fantastic waitstaff, it is a little pricey with 20% gratuity mandatory for all purchases. Not that I mind tipping, but be aware that it's already included.”
“Honestly I really enjoyed my stay. I travel to LA a lot for school, and I am struggling financially. The room was affordable AND clean AND safe. I'm a single traveler and it can be scary, but I felt safe and comfortable. The staff was super sweet, allowed me to use the TV remote even though I didn't have cash on me for the $10 deposit. I think this motel is slept on tbh. No bugs at all, bathroom was clean, room was clean, plenty of space and a desk in the room I was in. Will be returning.”

“It’s good enough! Just exactly what I needed, not a 5start but also not as bad as people say. Lots of comments about smell but it just smells like an old town would smell, I opened windows and let the air flow then it was ok. Not bad for what you are paying for”
“Cleanest room I’ve had in a long time. The hotel may be old but you can tell the staff prioritizes cleanliness of sheets, bedding, kitchen space, and bathroom and that’s truly what matters. It’s SO cute inside they’re modernized the feel of a “motel” but have kept the cute trinkets and it’s not cluttered or dusty. Cute record player playing in the lobby, really clean signage and atmosphere. A lobby i would actually sit in and chill, and very friendly night time staff. Morning staff wasn’t as friendly but maybe it just was their day. I’d pick this spot over and over, they’re doing renovations on part of the rooms and I’m excited to see what happens next for the Glendale (:”
