“Absolutely great staff. My husband left his Cartier wedding ring at the hotel after checkout and the general manager, Art Bedroussian, went out of his way to go to the room himself to inspect and locate the ring! He kept emailing and calling us throughout this process to keep us at ease. Very professional, accountable and trustworthy place to stay at! The hotel itself is well maintained and right next to the Americana shopping center. It is very clean and the breakfast is kept clean as well. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Glendale.”

“✨ A beautiful rooftop dining experience at the top of the Glenmark Hotel! The hotel itself has a gorgeous lobby that sets the tone as soon as you walk in, and the rooftop spot is just as impressive. Patrick provided attentive service and exceptional hospitality, making my solo dining experience feel extra special. The food was even better than the views! The steak was savory and cooked to a perfect medium rare, and the chocolate cake was soft, rich, and velvety—an absolutely delicious way to end the meal. “The customer service at this location is a 10. The employees are so friendly and treated us like friends instead of overnight strangers. Lachai is one of the front desk and she’s amazing. She always made sure we felt at home and assisted us happily. Every question answered, every help request was assisted. We will definitely be back to this Extended Stay!”

“We lived here as a family for a long time. We are grateful to the motel staff for their kindness, understanding, and help. We stayed in a nice, large room with two big beds, a good bathroom, and a great view of nearby Carr Park from the window. If there were any minor problems in our room, the staff fixed them right away. There was always parking available. The staff regularly repaired and painted things. The motel grounds were generally clean. We express our gratitude and wish your business continued success. I recommend it!!!”

“Cleanest room I’ve had in a long time. The hotel may be old but you can tell the staff prioritizes cleanliness of sheets, bedding, kitchen space, and bathroom and that’s truly what matters. It’s SO cute inside they’re modernized the feel of a “motel” but have kept the cute trinkets and it’s not cluttered or dusty. Cute record player playing in the lobby, really clean signage and atmosphere. A lobby i would actually sit in and chill, and very friendly night time staff. Morning staff wasn’t as friendly but maybe it just was their day. I’d pick this spot over and over, they’re doing renovations on part of the rooms and I’m excited to see what happens next for the Glendale (:”

“This is a no frills, bare bones motel at a very affordable price. Free parking! That’s what makes it budget friendly perfect! My wife and I stayed in a king bedroom that had vinyl hardwood floors, two seat cushion chairs with a coffee table, a desk with a desk chair, a closet (no hangers, no ironing board, or iron), and a bathroom with two towels and two face towels (came with soap bars, but no shampoo or conditioner). The bed was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the room was spacious for two. We pre-paid online, so check in was breezy. The only deposit is ten dollars cash for a tv remote that is refunded to you at checkout when you return the remote. We really like the location, but the area can be noisy at times due to being in a residential area right off a busy main road. The room has air conditioning/heater that, if not running continuously, can be very noticeable in regard to sound when it turns off and on, so bring earplugs. The room is dated, the furniture is well used, and the sitting chairs and desk chair have stains that could use a good steaming clean, but we had no use for them so we didn’t really mind. I think we got lucky and were either the only guests or were one of two rooms staying the one night when we were there, so I can’t speak to sound or noise from other rooms or guests. My wife and I slept well enough through the night and would stay here again.”
