“I wasn't exactly sure what was wrong with my phone . I was having glitches and frozen screen issues. The staff was super interested in trying to help me troubleshoot what exactly was wrong with my phone. They knew exactly what they were doing. Explained to me that there was a couple small jobs in front of mine . After a short time, my issues were resolved and my phone was operating normally. I will definitely come back for any other issues I might have if needed. They were awesome !”

“Happy with my new iPhone 11 Pro 256GB (unlocked) purchase here. They were one of the only stores around selling new phones and had the model I wanted. The store is small but very professional-looking, clean. Price was cheaper than at the T-mobile store, which doesn't even have what I wanted in-stock. I like that he had the IMEI pulled on the internet to show me that it's clean. The phone was brand new, everything working great. Go here if you need a shop you can trust.”

“If you could hire one more person to man the front as well it would be nice! Waited about 15 minutes to get seen but it is because there are electronic illiterate customers that need more help and give understanding to. Your workers are great though nonetheless! Your technician was able to determine the issue with extreme ease. and all of your front desk associates were amazingly kind as well.”

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Adriana at the Verizon store in Montrose, California. She went above and beyond to assist me when the store on Foothill wanted to charge me $50 for something that should have been free –transferring data from my old iPhone 12 to my new iPhone 15. Adriana's professionalism and dedication were truly outstanding, and I can't thank her enough for going the extra mile to help me out. After this wonderful experience, I will never set foot in the location on Foothill and Lowell again. I even spent $2000 at another Verizon store in Santa Monica just because the Foothill location refused to help me. But thanks to Adriana and the Montrose Verizon store, I found the exceptional service I was looking for.”

“Awesome experience today. My first time visiting. The store was not crowded. I have been having connectivity issues with my Samsumg Galaxy S21Ultra. I thought I was going to have to purchase a new Sim card, as mine is old. Armando was incredibly helpful amd friendly. He said many people have been having this issue with the recent storm. He reset my network settings and told me to come back if that doesn't work. He looked at my plan and offered plan upgrades without being too pushy. I let him know I appreciated all of the information and will assess my family plan prior to making any changes today. Highly recommended!”
