The staff was super interested in trying to help me troubleshoot what exactly was wrong with my phone. They knew exactly what they were doing. Explained to me that there was a couple small jobs in front of mine . After a short time, my issues were resolved and my phone was operating normally. I will definitely come back for any other issues I might have if needed. They were awesome !”

“Went back to return a phone for a trade in and was helped by Narek. Super nice dude helped me with sending my trade in back and also introduced me to verizon home internet. Awesome option to have l, unfortunately I live at the bottom of a hill so it didn't quite work out for me however when I went back for assistance to return the device Derick helped me and called verizon to get me the box to ship back. Great assistance with this team, unfortunately Verizon still hasn't sent me the box to return the home internet box. Got to call verizon again and get a tracking number for that box but I'll definitely be back to this location. This team is very helpful and friendly.”

“Spent 1 hr on the phone with TMobile to remove a number from my account and add another - after 5 hours the process with the new number wasn’t done right. Walked into TMobile in the Glendale Galleria and lucked out by having the Store Manager Erick help us out. He got us a cool new number, a new SIM card and checked on my plan in less than 3 minutes. Great service, BEYOND fast and despite the 20 people in the store- I waited 2 mins for someone to help me! All around 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
