“This is the only AT&T store I go to anymore after having bad experiences at several other locations. The staff here are always friendly, helpful, and they actually listen. I never feel pressured when making decisions, which I really appreciate.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Whoever the district manager is should take note of what this team is doing and replicate it at other stores.”

“Thanks to a certain unnamed government institution, our apartment complex lost power for approx. 5 seconds this morning, which was just enough time to fry my modem and (as I later realized) my router. Thankfully, Spectrum walked me through the replacement process and set me up for a pickup at the downtown shop. Because of my own stupidity, I had to stop by twice today, once for the modem, and once for the router. Regardless, both experiences were utterly delightful. Dro helped me both times, remembered me on my second visit, and set me up with everything I needed in a matter of minutes. It’s the kind of customer service that’s so hard to find these days. Give that man a raise.”
“Best experience of my life. I was going in to pay a bill and was greeted by Jimmy as soon as I took the first step in. I have got to say, I have been in tmobile, att, and Verizon but the customer service by Jimmy was as if he was the manager. Jimmy new his promotions, he knew the plans. Jimmy went out of his way to try and save me as much money as possible since I was in a budget. “Just went back for my second time because the first time they instantly knew what was wrong and fixed my phone so fast. This time around they ordered the parts on Thursday and had them in by Saturday. My phone was repaired the same day. It went from barely working to working like new. I ended up leaving a different phone with them to repair and am planning on bringing someone along with me when I go to pick it up, so they can get a battery swapped. 5 stars over and over again! Happy to come back every time I have an issue.”
