Went to this store to exchange my broken phone and Jose who helped me gave me the best customer service one can ask for. Not sure why there's alot of negative reviews on here. I never write reviews either just had to because of how above and beyond Jose went with me.

Ask for Steven, he is the best! He is genuine, friendly and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. I had a great experience at Samsung store. No-pressure, and I didn't feel rushed.
