Went to this store to exchange my broken phone and Jose who helped me gave me the best customer service one can ask for. Not sure why there's alot of negative reviews on here. I never write reviews either just had to because of how above and beyond Jose went with me.

Ask for Steven, he is the best! He is genuine, friendly and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. I had a great experience at Samsung store. No-pressure, and I didn't feel rushed.

Molly was a super representative. She did what other techs were unable to do. She restored my phone to life again!! I leave the store very happy!! Lucy Fein
We're currently open for shopping at a limited capacity one on one with one of our sales reps. Wearing a mask in the store is required and we do not allow parties larger than 3 inside. Repairs on phones require an appointment. We look forward to getting back to regular operations as soon as it is safe to do so.
