“This review is specifically for a young lady name Cat I don't know if it's with a C or a K so I apologize . I ordered a jacket for my husband over a week ago from Glendale mall it was at the Northridge mall to be shipped to the Glendale Galleria it had been a week and I hadn't received an email like I was told . I didn't have any tracking information I just know I gave them my money and it was almost time for us to leave I called champs in the Glendale Galleria and Miss Cat went out of her way and she found my husband's order in the back I'm not even upset that no one called I'm glad that she took the time to find it !!!! go Cat I really appreciate you and I really appreciate your customer service you have a very nice sweet voice over the phone and great customer service . thank you again so much CHAMPS is lucky to have you . thanks again. “5 star for staff particularly Alvin, Ruby and Erin. The establishment needs some improvement on ensuring the bathroom stays clean well maintained and stocked. I suggest reviewing leagues days and times and plan ahead prior to coming that will gauge on whether you may have to wait or reserve ahead of time.”
“Love the product my only suggestion is It would be amazing if you started closing at 5:30pm or 6pm since most ppl work a 9-5.
I noticed customers show up rushing around closing time including myself who leaves work early to shop at your store. This would also improve customer experience by not feeling rushed by store attendant who keep repeating the closing time 40-30min before closing. I’m sure many customers would come more often.”
“Sometimes, online stores like Amazon cant service you the way you need. For example, our son needed soccer cleats and we wanted him to find the right fit. This store has all that you need. We picked up goalie pants, shirt and gloves as well. Having a storefront allowed us to try on the items before purchasing. In terms of cost, the prices were comparable to online but as I said, being able to try cleats and gloves on what a major advantage. I am also a volunteer AYSO Referee, so I needed Ref equipment. Flags, socks, shorts and shirts to boot! Definitely recommend Soccer Store. The owner and his son were very helpful and accomodating in my new job as a soccer Dad, coach and Referee. Keep on Yelping”
“I stopped by this Boarders store yesterday before I left Glendale Galleria mall. I checked out other skaters store to look at their skateboard and I wanted to see what kind of selection this store has. They had some nice collection and I also check out their option of the trunks too. They have a sale going on their tshirts where if you buy one then the second one is half off. I staff here let me shop so no one approach me. I didn't have a bad experience at this store.”
“I was there about three weeks ago and received the best customer service! The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. I went in to purchase one shirt and ended up buying a jersey, satin jacket, sweatshirt and a few other things. I am grateful to Angel, Victor and Sam who assisted me with my very expensive purchase. They are a very knowledgeable staff, and I have recommended my family to shop at this location and ask for one of them!

“Great store. They have everything for outdoor activities. Things that I didn't know existed. I went in for one sale item and spent an hour or more roaming around. Great selection of quality athletic wear for men and women. Also a wide selection of shoes of every type. (Well, no high heels). Prices are reasonable, staff was helpful, parking is free but limited.”
