I had a great experience at the U.S. Bank today! Diana was the wonderful lady who helped me. (And, the other people working there were so friendly too!) Diana explained everything so well! And, what I thought would be very confusing, was not. I’m very happy to have U.S. Bank as my bank!

A special thank you to Tina who resolved a complex issue I'd been having for the pas few years. All previous U.S Bank employees, including those from other branches and telephone services, failed to find the issue. Tina resolved it in a matter of minutes and was very attentive and friendly.
