“I had an awesome experience at GQ! Wally, the owner, really knows his stuff. He measured me up, asked what I needed, and had me fully suited up—jacket, vest, shirt, pants, belt, socks, and shoes—all in about 20 minutes. I was blown away by how fast and easy it was. I had just come from Macy’s where I saw a jacket for over $500 and nearly had a heart attack. Wally hooked me up with everything I needed for way less, and I looked sharp. If you need a suit and don’t want to waste time or money, go see Wally. He’ll take care of you”

“I never write reviews but I have do one for the amazing service I received. I came in today because I suffer from really severe plantar fasciitis and needed new shoes for work. Vic was so sweet, helpful, and friendly. He did a full scan of my foot and immediately gave me shoe, shoe insert, and sandal recommendations. I was so happy i could stop smiling and it felt like I was walking on a cloud after spending the last six months in pain. He was never pushy, and it genuinely felt like he wanted to help me feel better. I could also tell he was extremely knowledgeable because he was saying very similar things to what my doctor was telling me. I can’t wait to come back in the future.”
“I enjoy shopping at our local DXL store with my 17 year old son. The store is clean and organized. My son can find clothes that fit comfortably and are stylish. The employees are always helpful with finding what he is looking for. They remind us if they don't have his size they can order it and he can pick it up in the store or have it delivered to our home. We've always had good experiences at DXL and the employees make it so easy for us.

“I want to thank the Manager at Sketchers (Denisse) the Cashier and The Man on the floor (Joel) for their excellent customer service. Denise went above her duties when she got the ladder and climbed up to get me a pair of shoes she thought I might like. Joel was assisting me he understood what I needed and he was able to take me to the proper aisle. He hah to go to lunch and when he returned he came back and continued with helping me and my sister. The Cashier recommended shoes to me. They are truly appreciated.”

“I love their shoes, have and have had many of their shoes so i was excited to be doing a delivery next door to them, on the same building of course and was super excited to walk over and see if they sold shoes to customers or if it was just a distribution center but the place i made my delivery at unloaded my container far to quick for me to go and check it out. “November 2024 – I came into the shop because my company provided me with a coupon for work boots. The staff Jo and Blanca were top notch. Jo especially. She was very patient, measured my foot twice, brought out multiple pairs for me to try, and answered all my questions. About 10-15 of my coworkers trickled in between 10-1p. I was the last one (sorry!) but was still treated with excellent service. I found out at the end that Jo and Blanca hadn’t taken a lunch so they could help us all. You are the best! I can’t recommend this place highly enough. I think any company looking to handle bulk orders should contract with this store. Thanks!”

Only two young males were working that day and they were pretty helpful, knowledgeable, polite with awesome people skills! “Whenever I'm in this mall, I stop by to see what grabs my attention. Off Broadway is like a really nice WSS. Excuse the lousy example. But I really like that they have a huge variety! You pick your own size and they have a few seats and mirrors to help you find the right fit. Staff is always helpful and happy. I come here often. Good deals and they also have hats and other apparel. So shout out to the workers for always giving me a good experience. Keep it up”

“As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the young woman working the floor. She asked me if she could help me find something. When we could not locate the shoes I was looking for, she showed me others that I might like.
When I did make my choices, the assistant manager helped me at the registers. He too was very friendly and helpful.
I have found my new "Skechers" store. And it should be noted, this store is 40 miles from my home. There are at least 2 other locations on my way to this one, but I won't shop at them. I was 100% ignored, especially the San Dimas location. The extra drive is worth being treated like my business matters. Thank you for treating me like a valued customer.”

“Stix is the best skateshop. Every time I show up, they greet me upon entering the store and always help me find whatever it is I may need. I was looking for a specific pair of shorts and shirt. They were out of my size so they ordered the shirt from a sister store and went out of their way to place an order for the shorts I wanted so I made it worth the order and ordered 2 pairs of these shorts. Not to mention, their loyalty program adds points to redeem for store credit. It's truly the best place for your skateboarding needs.”

“I live in town and walked by for literally three years, until today I finally walked in and I am SO glad!!! First of all the owner is basically a personal stylist, everything she picked out for me I loved. She was friendly, attentive, personable, and has a great eye. Second the shop carries a great selection of organic cotton, sustainable, and made in the USA clothing. Third I have not felt this amazing in clothes that I bought in years! I got some great work friendly and casual pieces. I am so happy to have this place so close by and am excited to come in for a quarterly wardrobe refresh from now on! ?”
