“This brand is so awesome. I first learned about this company when they had a pasadena store. I love the quality and style of the shoes that they carry. Each location has a little bit of a different selection—so recommend going to dif ones. This one is outstanding bc they have a cool selection and the size of the store makes it easier for my ADHD brain to see it all wo getting overwhelmed. I bought several pairs during my visit and get compliments on them all. Love my cool, funky sneakers. My mom found a pair she loves. How cool is a store that can offer a great selection two ppl who gave very dif styles and tastes. The manager is so nice and helpful.

“Went to the Skechers on Arrow Highway in San Dimas because I learned that my toe pain was due mainly to wearing the wrong size shoes. I had to replace basically all of my casual shoes. Ended up buying 7 pairs. I am a longtime customer and a big fan of sketchers shoes so I am very happy with my choices and the selections that were available.
Now, regarding Melanie, the wonderful sales associate who helped me. She went above and beyond to help me save the most I possibly could because of how many I purchased. Melanie even helped me carry them to my car. She also took the time to help me save the most I could on top of the buy one get one free. She was so very kind and also tremendously helpful in suggesting shoes for my needs and helping me find them in my size. She’s the type of sales associate that a company, such as sketchers would want on their team. The kindness and professionalism she displayed assisting me with my large shoe purchase made it an easy and pleasant experience! Thank you, Melanie. “I love their shoes, have and have had many of their shoes so i was excited to be doing a delivery next door to them, on the same building of course and was super excited to walk over and see if they sold shoes to customers or if it was just a distribution center but the place i made my delivery at unloaded my container far to quick for me to go and check it out. “November 2024 – I came into the shop because my company provided me with a coupon for work boots. The staff Jo and Blanca were top notch. Jo especially. She was very patient, measured my foot twice, brought out multiple pairs for me to try, and answered all my questions. About 10-15 of my coworkers trickled in between 10-1p. I was the last one (sorry!) but was still treated with excellent service. I found out at the end that Jo and Blanca hadn’t taken a lunch so they could help us all. You are the best! I can’t recommend this place highly enough. I think any company looking to handle bulk orders should contract with this store. Thanks!”

“I was only headed toward Baskin Robbins but since I wasn't in a hurry and I'd never been in this store I walked in. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices! I got 2 really good quality tshirts for my son for only $6 each and there were lots of packs of underwear for amazing prices. I got 2 boxes of Michael kors 3 pk for only $15/ pack. I would never buy these at retail prices but here it's great! The man who helped me was really nice and said they have plenty of stock. Come by and get some nice finds! It's located in the strip mall with the new Chinese market SF market across from Nogales High.”

“Whenever I'm in this mall, I stop by to see what grabs my attention. Off Broadway is like a really nice WSS. Excuse the lousy example. But I really like that they have a huge variety! You pick your own size and they have a few seats and mirrors to help you find the right fit. Staff is always helpful and happy. I come here often. Good deals and they also have hats and other apparel. So shout out to the workers for always giving me a good experience. Keep it up”

“Jorge, the store owner is super welcoming. I had been looking for some not too high heels and I didn't know about this store until I found it through Google. The store has different types of sandals, high heels, platforms, children's shoes, high boots, low boots and even work shoes for men. The price is very affordable and the styles are super cute. I ended up getting high heels and sandals. Jorge was very friendly and made my shopping experience perfect till' the end. He speaks English but is also a Spanish speaker. This will definitely be my to go store for shoes. I hate shopping around for shoes but he definitely has many styles. Loved this store!!!”
