“What a very pleasant experience at this location. I'm on a trip from Reno Nevada to the Bay area, needed a phone case and was in a pinched. Called and spoke to a gentleman named John, let me know that they had phone cases in stock for the phone I needed, pulled off the highway ... by the way literally right off the highway "Great, convenient location" walked into the store and was greeted with a smile. John showed me the different options, although the prices for these cases are extremely expensive but then again this is retail. Found the case I needed, was in and out in no time. If you're the owner of this location and you read this, please give John a high five and buy him a Starbucks ? - you can tell from his enthusiasm that he enjoys his job, he's very knowledgeable and overall has great customer service skills. Thank you for making this process so easy for me john, happy holidays and God bless you all.”

“It's our target. Just like all the other targets. Except the bathrooms are really messed up here. One of the sinks is hanging off the wall there's open holes in the walls. there's no toilet paper. Whoever did the caulking on the tile and the grout needs to be retrained. There's literally poop on the wall. What the heck.”

It took a while but he made sure that it was not leaving they're shop at 90% so I was totally fine with that so I would be satisfied 100%.”
