“I cannot recommend Country Automotive in Santa Clarita enough! The transmission on my 1999 Honda Accord went out, and I was worried about finding a shop willing to work on an older vehicle without overcharging me. From the moment I spoke with Adam, the owner, I felt completely at ease.

“House Automotive rocks!!! I called up John at the last minute for my 2014 Porsche 911 Carrera. There was an error message that was appearing on my dash about my front right marker light. The error message appeared then went away…I sort of thought it was just a bulb replacement. I showed up and a technician checked it out, replaced the bulb, and I was good to go!!! I’m bringing my 911 back for a safety inspection and then a servicing. They are the best!!!!”

I spoke to Danny who was very helpful and got me an appointment the next day. He was thorough in the initial discovery and explained all of the work that was done after. “Ask for Paul, when you call. His shop is busy for a reason. They were able to fix and repairs the finicky power doors. On my 100 ft looker of a honda odysssey. While other shops charged for no results. Passenger was recently resolved on warranty with an adjusted nuetral safety switch. They are great at properly finding the correct issue. Versus other shops doing parts cannon tactics. Recently Came in fearing the worst. Left quickly with clean head lights too. This shop knows my van well. Former battery drain and AC is super cold thanks to J & C import car care. Also to be clear now. I come 680 miles from out of state. Knowing they are great with these finickey power doors. Used to be local. Mechanically the honda van is solid thanks to the crew here at J & C.”

“Recently I had an coolant leak on my 2008 buick Lecrosse which I totally restored. I do some mechanic work myself,but I could not find where this leak was coming from,because it would only leak once pressure built up.so,a friend of mine told me about carzone.i took it to them.Mr.Donald was very nice.based on where the leak was coming from,it took him a while to find it;however,he didn't stop until he did.he also found that my power steering pump which I had recently installed, wasn't pumping strong enough which was causing my steering to be hard in tight places.instead of putting all of the engine parts back,and having me to return and pay for more labor,he changed it in the process. They done a really good job on my car.there are no my leaks,and,my steering is much better.i strongly recommend carzone.”

“Excellent service! I brought my 2023 VW ID.4 in because of a clicking noise coming from the door hinge. The mechanic quickly diagnosed the issue, tightened the hinge properly with the right tool, and even checked and tightened the other hinges to make sure everything was in good shape. “I purchased a remanufactured transmission from Sun Valley in 2024 for my 1998 W163 ML 320, which is my personal daily driver. The transmission started failing before the warranty expired and I notified Marc about the issue via email. Marc immediately replied without question or hesitation that he would be happy to send me a replacement. It was about as trouble, free and painless of a process as it could be. I am retired from the automotive repair business for dealerships, (not MB), and understand that man made things break, so definitely understanding of this failure. I was more worried about how it would be handled. Again, it could not have been handled any better by Sun Valley and Marc. The replacement transmission arrived at my repair shop with no issues. I really want to commend Marc and his business on how I was treated as a customer, I was definitely treated right. I highly recommend that if you have an older Mercedes-Benz vehicle and it needs a remanufactured transmission, to purchase it from Sun Valley Mercedes Transmissions.”

“I was referred to a neighboring auto repair shop and accidentally walked into Mr. Gomora's shop, and didn't realize it until after the repairs were complete. It seems to have been a very happy accident. Jose Gomora is an extremely fair, honest and decent guy. The day after he completed extensive repairs on our minivan there was a problem with the alternator and the battery went dead. He waited in his shop long past closing for the tow truck to drop the van off and then called me this morning to tell me that, although he can't imagine how his repairs caused the problem, he was going to pay for a new alternator. That was the right thing to do but it feels so rare that people do the right thing without an argument. Time will tell if the workmanship holds up but, even with the issue that arose after the repair, I'm still very impressed by this shop. Honest, fair, decent people.”

“WT was recommended by my other mechanic when my car broke down on a Friday afternoon. They were closing but Henry was kind enough to stay behind until I arrived 30 min after closing. My car ended up needing a transmission rebuild and it took 2 weeks. They also fixed another issue while they were at it and only charged me for the parts. The cost was very reasonable and was lower than from other mechanics. Every time I called Henry was very friendly and responsive. I think they did a good job, I have had the car back now for over 2 weeks and the car is running pretty smooth. I recommend them overall.”
