Elaine, one of the managers has always been professional and extremely helpful. The tellers are always friendly and greet me when I enter the branch. I do come to the branch at least once maybe twice a month. We need more of that personal business. Especially when dealing with money you can't get online or on the phone. It's great to talk to a human being. Two on site ATMs. You have to park and walk either behind the building or next door in lot. Plenty of parking compared to most locations. Tip: Go off peak hours, first open and lunchtime are generally busy. Hours are 10am5pm Monday- Friday and Saturday 10am-2pm.”

He didn't mind a lot of questions we had and was very accommodating with all of it. Not intimidating at all and was very pleasant. “My neighborhood Walgreens. Had to run out and get some meds in the middle of the night. Luckily, open till 10pm. I often get the Walgreens version of the brand names meds and the offer much more budget friendly option. For example the antacid relief I am looking for is $24 brand name for 50 tabs and $6.99 Walgreens version for 20 tabs. Janie was working tonight and was very helpful in assisting me and getting me checked out quickly which was appreciated since I wasn't feeling so great.”

I have been a member for almost two years now and they never have long lines or give you problems about cashing a check, etc. Most of the time when you cash a check and leave it in your account is immediately available The manager and his staff are very kind and professional. They have great interest rates on loans, bonds, RVs, houses, checking accounts, and savings. Easy free parking. I am glad I became a member. Notes: The best thing about this credit union they have a restroom for customers. Most banks do not have restrooms for customers. This gives them a big plus :)”
