“My love my local branch been banking with them for over 25 years. Been going to this branch for at least 18 of those years. Elaine, one of the managers has always been professional and extremely helpful. The tellers are always friendly and greet me when I enter the branch. I do come to the branch at least once maybe twice a month. We need more of that personal business. Especially when dealing with money you can't get online or on the phone. It's great to talk to a human being. Two on site ATMs. You have to park and walk either behind the building or next door in lot. Plenty of parking compared to most locations. Tip: Go off peak hours, first open and lunchtime are generally busy. Hours are 10am5pm Monday- Friday and Saturday 10am-2pm.”

“I'm a new customer and Jasmin who's a banker at this branch was super helpful, my dad and I had a run around with the customer service with different information but when we stopped by and spoke to her, she was able to help us out. Great attitude, super nice! Thank you so much for the great customer service!”

“I stopped by this Chase bank over the weekend to deposit some cash. I was visiting other stores in the plaza right next to this place so it was convenient for me. I parked at the supermarket plaza parking spot and just walk to this Chase bank. The bank has its own small private parking lot but the plaza next to it has more space so I prefer that one. When I walked inside, they had a indoor ATM or three people working the window. My withdrawal process was easy, basically told the teller how much I wanted to withdraw and then just putting in my Chase card into the scanner. I didn't have any issues here and was out of the bank quickly. There also a Amazon pickup locker inside the bank too.”

“Wow what a great experience! I was previously banking with BOFA and it never felt personal I would dread going in to the bank because the customer service was awful. After coming to US bank and speaking with Rene and Ryan I feel like this is now the bank for me ! Thanks guys for making it so easy I am so happy with this experience”

“Usually always have confidence when I leave wpccu when I've spoken with Jersen. He's patient to no avail He's steady and quick to bring up the obvious we might leave out He's quick on his feet in thought. He gets the job done leaving you with confidence. 😇”

“I visited Chase Bank and noticed Spanish music playing. It wasn’t loud, but in a diverse community, it would be more inclusive to play a mix of international or neutral music—like English, Armenian, Chinese, Indian, or instrumental!!!—so everyone feels represented.”

“I took my wife here today to use Well Fargo ATM. I been to this bank before with her but we always come after business hours so we haven't had the chance to go inside yet. I would never recommend anyone to come here at night time, especially alone because it's not safe. When I took my wife today, the parking lot was emptied and no one else was at the bank when there was still sunlight outside. She was able to withdraw some cash and we left with no issues.”

“My neighborhood Walgreens. Had to run out and get some meds in the middle of the night. Luckily, open till 10pm. I often get the Walgreens version of the brand names meds and the offer much more budget friendly option. For example the antacid relief I am looking for is $24 brand name for 50 tabs and $6.99 Walgreens version for 20 tabs. Janie was working tonight and was very helpful in assisting me and getting me checked out quickly which was appreciated since I wasn't feeling so great.”

“I haven't been inside a bank in a long time and I love that I get a bank feeling inside. Thankfully when I went there wasn't a line, but of course one person at the window. The teller was helpful and assisted me with my needs. The interior is clean and welcoming.”
