“This location had excellent customer service.I spoke to Nick about my Sim card needing to be changed. He said sure no problem just bring your phone in. We will change it free of charge. I brought it in the following morning and Kat did an excellent job of switching it in just a few minutes. Thank you TMobile for having such awesome employees. I will be back. ?❤️?”

“I've been going here for years. I've never had a problem. The parking lot is small, but there's a big lot across the street. There is usually only one person working, so if someone else is being helped, you might have to wait a while. Having said that, I think the woman who is usually working here is very friendly and she has always helped me.”
