“This is a pretty solid Best Buy. Large, open, pretty well-stocked, and generally friendly staff.
It does feel a bit like a soulless warehouse as opposed to some of the newer floorplans with more display cases and curated sections.
I was stoked to find they have a TV audio testing room in the back corner, even if the entrance was cluttered with cardboard boxes. I'm not sure if most Best Buys still have that but I haven't noticed one in a while.
Plenty of parking, all the Best Buy goods you'd expect, just not in a particularly flashy presentation.”

“We went in for a phone issue. The staff who assisted us were excellent. Obie (my apologies for misspell) was excellent, knowledgeable, and patient. It was a complicated problem, as such, the technical team came together trying to resolve the issue. The store manager took the time to assist too. The team finally discovered what was the issue, however, it is an apple software updated issue, so the problem was escalated. The Obie and store manager were very empathetic. Hoping our issue will be resolved soon.”
