My phone was completely damaged and needed a new screen, but since it was my only phone, he understood the situation and gave me a temporary screen for the day so I wouldn’t be left without one. The next day he replaced it properly for a very affordable price. Honest, professional, and really caring service. Highly recommend this place if you need your phone fixed!”
“Service here is quick and Santiago was knowledgeable about the Zagg prices and services. He expertly replaced my cracked screen under warranty and added a new account for my daughter’s new phone. Finding my account was a snap even though I didn’t have my warranty info with me. We were in and out in under 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place.”

“This is a pretty solid Best Buy. Large, open, pretty well-stocked, and generally friendly staff.
It does feel a bit like a soulless warehouse as opposed to some of the newer floorplans with more display cases and curated sections.
I was stoked to find they have a TV audio testing room in the back corner, even if the entrance was cluttered with cardboard boxes. I'm not sure if most Best Buys still have that but I haven't noticed one in a while.
Plenty of parking, all the Best Buy goods you'd expect, just not in a particularly flashy presentation.”

“It been awhile since I walked inside this Apple store at Northridge mall. I don't prefer Apple product but have a MacBook for my work. The last time I came here was years ago when my dad drop his phone and cracked the screen so I got it replaced here.
Apple products are on the higher end but if you take care of it then they last. The staff here are wonderful and looking to help you out the best way they can. They aren't pushy on sales when I was here and if you need more technical support then making reservations appointments is recommended.”
