From the time I drove in and spoke with Salvador who helped with good knowledge and good advice on an easy fix. I felt comfortable. This was my first time coming to this Jiffy Lube location. Cristian worked on my car and did a good job. Mr. Carlos was even more helpful than Salvador and I felt no one could be better than Salvador. “Recently I had an coolant leak on my 2008 buick Lecrosse which I totally restored. I do some mechanic work myself,but I could not find where this leak was coming from,because it would only leak once pressure built up.so,a friend of mine told me about carzone.i took it to them.Mr.Donald was very nice.based on where the leak was coming from,it took him a while to find it;however,he didn't stop until he did.he also found that my power steering pump which I had recently installed, wasn't pumping strong enough which was causing my steering to be hard in tight places.instead of putting all of the engine parts back,and having me to return and pay for more labor,he changed it in the process. They done a really good job on my car.there are no my leaks,and,my steering is much better.i strongly recommend carzone.”
