“Well Tavian helped me and gave better service then the Fontana Uhaul. Yesterday before I left Uhaul after they installed my Class 2 hitch in Fontana I heard a rattling sound so Miguel said oh its this metal guard and he said he couldn't do much to fix it. So today I went to Uhaul on Sunnymead Blvd in Moreno Valley and Tavian the guy who does hitches put up on the jack. He then said if I have anymore problems bring back so then when I left it started to rattle again. He said let me see what I can do so I brought back in and he fixed it no more rattling sound. So while out running errands I stopped into give his boss a great customer service reveiw. He should be a manager or get a good raise for his great customer service. I told his boss I used to work in customer service and you usually never hear great reveiws you usually only hear complaints. So thank you to Tavian I will be sure to also write Uhaul customer service on your excellent service”
