Souza looked at his tires and said the others were good for another year, and while he did not have the exact same tire new in stock, he did have a used one that had the same tread and suggested that would be better to keep them the same. Not only did it save my son $130, but my son also knows to return next year to replace all four tires. And without a doubt, it will be with Souza. The guy is really the one to work with, honest, and the only one we will work with as a family. He is always willing to give you the information that works best for your needs.”

“Typically very happy with americas tire and their service. But guess i have a little bad luck this week. They didnt have my tires in stock so i had to wait for them to come in. Had to come back another day because the tires came in so late. When i came in for my appointment to actually have my tires done it was a full hour and half before they pulled my car in. Then another hiccup with swollen lug nuts and nearly left missing a valve cap. Didnt leave happy but i got what i needed done and the service was ok. They should really have water for people in the lobby.”

“I have used Sig's Mobile Tire service twice now! Once in November and once today. The first time, I required a completely new tire. Today, I had a flat and Jesus found a nail and patched it up for me.Both times, service was extremely fast and professional. Nothing is worse than being stuck with a flat tire! “I desperately needed tires. So I bought them online so that I could just come to the store and get them installed next day. When I got to the store I was told that they were still waiting on two of my tires. I informed them that it said they were both in stock when I bought them. They looked into it. Saw I was correct. They upgraded me to a better tire at no cost. It also only took 30 minutes. Would recommend them over and over again .”

“Been meaning to leave a review for a while. 10 stars to these guys. Everyone here is awesome, friendly and accommodating.I think it was a couple months ago I had having issues with my ‘15 Accord intermittently starting/not starting. It was two days in and out, new starter, and under my expected budget. Mike helped me out that time and he was willing to talk out my issue over the phone early in the morning right as they opened. My car is starting every push of the button and no issues at all.I called today and asked about a smog on my old van and Chris was willing to hear out my concerns and take his time to tell me his availability so we could get me scheduled.I very much appreciate you guys!”

“Toyota told me it would be over $300 to change the hatch release button cover on my 2007 Toyota. I purchased the button cover on Amazon--$8.00 and Eddie unscrewed the old one, cleaned off the melted rubber and put on the new one.! I had some other work done, so he didn't even charge me for that. Perhaps if he were just doing that there would be a charge, but it will be double digits and and not $300. Thank you, Eddie. You'll be seeing more of my car!!”

Cory was on the phone with me every few days with updates and although the car ultimately wasn't fixable within my budget they were honest about it, didn't fix anything I didn't ask them to, and were even kind enough to hold the car for a few days until pick-n-pull could come take it. “I found a screw in my tire over the weekend. I showed up soon after calling Dave about pricing and availability, and they were able to get me in and out within 30 minutes. When Dave handed me my keys, he told me to have a great rest of the weekend and wouldn't charge me for the repair. “This guy is really great! Got some new tires put on for a super reasonable price. Then when my boyfriend ran over a nail a few months later in my car we brought it over to see if he'd patch it up for us real quick. I think he said he'd rather not patch it as it might not hold up, but my boyfriend insisted that we were in a hurry and just needed a quick fix. He ended up telling us he wasn't feeling great about the job he did patching it and that since we bought the tires here in the first place, he'd just replace it for free if we came back at a better time for us! Whaaaat. I wasn't even able to make it back for another week or 2 and his patch DID hold up fine, but he still gave me the tire when I came back :,) Thought that was super cool of him considering he didn't have to do any of it for us at all! Quick, cheap, reliable business”
“Great service all around! I called on Sunday morning and was quoted a great price to replace my 2 front tires. I was also informed that the tires are in-stock. I came in at 10am expecting a long wait... Upon removal of my front tires, I was recommended to replace all 4 tires since my vehicle is all-wheel drive and the rear tires were showing signs of wear that would require replacement in the near future. I decided to get all 4 tires replaced and was even offered a $60 discount for help with the total cost (without asking for one)! I was in and out of the shop in less than 20 minutes. I will be back to get my tires rotated and aligned next. A repeat customer was earned today. Thank you!”
