“They replaced a sliding glass door and a window for us. New glass seems fine so from that standpoint they completed the work as contracted. But their sloppiness left something to be desired. Smears and fingerprints on both the new glass and the adjacent slider pane (which had just been professionally cleaned yesterday), plus debris from the work on the ground both inside and out. Maybe I'm nitpicking, but the lack of professionalism by the installers was a little surprising. Interactions with the office staff and the rep who took measurements was great.”
