I trust what they have to say because they have done their research and truly care about animals. My dogs and cat get the best high quality food and are so healthy. I had some issues with my Aussie’s paw and the advice they gave and products they recommended helped immediately. I also love being in there when other customers come in because they are great people. We are so lucky to have Scraps!

The Incredible Pets staff is awesome, always available to help me find what I'm looking for. They have a large selection of the things I am interested in so I can always find what I'm looking for. They have quite a few cashiers so I never have to wait to check out. A highly recommend them to anyone looking for that level of service.

The guy at the front desk was great and our groomer Savannah I believe her name was great. If I could critique one thing it’s that they trimmed the dog when I asked them specifically not to do anything except for a bathroom and blowout so I was a little bit bum that they went ahead and trimmed him anyway without my knowledge . Again, not a big deal. I just hate seeing my dog ball sack from the back now. I am also guessing that’s why the price was $140

It was an emergency, after calling several offices this is the only office that said to come in right away. They were very kind and thorough with their assessment of my dog. In all I spent 1 hour there and left feeling good with a plan in place for my Girl. Besides the vet and staff being great, the front desk woman Joan I believe has been so kind with my question as to even sending me a great video on how to lift my dog. She didn’t have to do that but she did and took the time to send that to me. From my past experiences at vet offices, this place has been such a breath of fresh air, and it is very obvious how much they care about every animal they see.

Brighton Greens Veterinary Hospital: Janeway Robin DVM
996 McCourtney Rd A, Grass ValleyOver the weekend our dear elderly cat became very ill. We took him to an Auburn vet and they prescribed antibiotics. By Monday it was clear they were not working so I called the vet we used for years (Best Friends). The front desk told us we would have to drop him off, they didn't check with the Dr., just put up a wall. So we called Brighton Greens. At first they said there would be a $140 emergency charge and we were fine with that, but after checking they found a cancellation and got us in within two hours. After consulting with the vet we decided it was time to give our kitty relief. We were able to to be with him. It seems we may have found our new vet.

996 McCourtney Rd A, Grass ValleyThey saved my dog's life but the problem is they're not 24 hours so when they go home at night the dogs are all by themselves until the next day also on the weekends so that's one drawback The pricing was expensive but you can't really put a price on a dog's life so I paid it The vet was very cool and gave me her cell phone and was cool about me texting and calling on off hours so overall good experience but if your animal has something serious better to take him to the 24-hour vet hospital so someone can care for them on nice and weekends.

14565 Wolf Rd, Grass ValleyBefore taking our dog to Top Dog, his on-leash skills were severely lacking, to the point where it was a struggle to walk him anywhere where there might be other dogs. After just the first few sessions we started seeing a big improvement and our pup seemed relieved to have clear instructions of what was expected of him. We just started the second level class and the little dude is learning all kinds of awesome skills to the point where we now get compliments on his behavior when we're out and about. He really seems to enjoy the classes too. Lori is a true dog lover, perfect patience and training vibes, and super humane and ethical approach. Highly recommend Top Dog to anyone looking to invest in their pet's wellbeing and have some fun with them.

377 Amsel Way, Grass ValleyMy Benny boy has been going here ever since I got him from the shelter. He's a large strong tightly wound German Shepherd who has issues galore. Nathan and his crew are so patient and kind with him. They know he's a handful but treat him with kindness and respect. Last time we were leaving and one of the staff members were walking down the hall. My boy turned back and just had to go see him, tail wagging. That told me he's happy with the people around him even if the kennel isn't his favorite. I consider it boy scout camp, they yell and holler and play and sleep little but have a great time. I know he's safe and cared for.

They go out of their way to make sure customers have a great experience. Their espresso is amazing and their baked goods are the best I've ever had. If you ever get the privilege to try their cinnamon scone you will definitely be back for more. I'm from Reno and wish we could get a location here. Guess I'm going to visit Grass Valley more :)

Today, child size African Peanut, as say, child size $6.53 with tax! It had pumpkin, orange color curry, tomatoes, slices peanuts! Comes with two slices of bread, the iced water is free! There are also smoothy drinks, muffins, different breads! Organic and healthy, thank goodness unlike many if not all restaurants, they think one just automatic wants dreaded French fries, awful tasty sodas! This restaurant thank goodness not has any these that I just listed! Easily FIVE STARS! This Nevada County, if any in Placer County, that would be $6.45 with tax! Either way, the ten dollar cash was enough, yay ah yay!

When we left we got a call take the onions and cilantro we're not given to us however we were in a time crunch and couldn't turn back. The owner took his own personal time bring out the missing items even with our place being about 40 minutes away on the ridge. Truly wonderful customer service. We cannot thank you enough.

Once we ordered, our food was served in what felt like 5 minutes! We were shocked. Never have we been served so quickly at any restaurant and it wasn't like it was a slow night. We decided to sit in the patio are and were alone once seated but were joined by a larger party and more diners shortly after but the tables inside were mostly occupied. The food was great. The blackberry margarita was perfect on a warm summer evening. It was our first time in Grass Valley and we would definitely visit Maria's again if we found ourselves back in town.

CA-49, Grass ValleyI did a ton of research when looking for a cav since some breeders can raise really unhealthy dogs. Shelby is not one of those people! She takes such care in making sure her pups are strong and healthy. Bunker is only 1.5 but he is healthy, playful, spunky, sweet as can be, and so handsome. 10/10 recommend reaching out to Shelby if you’re on the hunt for a cav!! (Also totally recommend this dog breed if you haven’t had one!)
