“I have had a couple issues with them not delivering when they were supposed to, however once I've spoken with customer service they have made every effort to correct the issue. We all make mistakes, and how they're handled is what matters most-- I feel that they are good people who do their best when there's a mishap. Today, during a snow storm, the company went and got a special vehicle from an hour or more away to bring us propane after I complained that they had not made enough effort to fill the tank in time even when I called at 30% like they ask us to. And then a year or two ago, they said they were filling the tank a certain day but they somehow forgot to go or let me know, and we got down to empty and short-term rental guests staying there had no heat. I was really upset about it and called and they ended up refunding me the amount my guests paid for the night since I had to refund them for not having heat. So although they aren't perfect, at least they take responsibility for mistakes and rectify issues! We'll continue to use them for our propane needs.”

“We have been trying to get reinstated on the Military Appreciation Program for several months. When we received a Amerigas Survey to complete, I decided to bring this lack of response up. Shortly after we had an email from Joy in CS telling us our request had been completed. So now I will keep and eye on my billing to see if it really happens. I appreciate this quick response (finally).”
