“FIRST, the ladies who work there are awesome. That was my first impression. Now, we moved to the area this last year and I apparently convinced myself I'd never need a refill even though the company called me several times for me to schedule one. Then, "all of a sudden" my tank was at zero, panic central! I went in today and not only was the costumer service great BUT they are coming same day to save us and refill the tank. Thank you guys so much! I don't usually leave reviews but you guys deserve this one 1000%! Happy NY! I would leave 10 stars if I could!”

“We have been trying to get reinstated on the Military Appreciation Program for several months. When we received a Amerigas Survey to complete, I decided to bring this lack of response up. Shortly after we had an email from Joy in CS telling us our request had been completed. So now I will keep and eye on my billing to see if it really happens. I appreciate this quick response (finally).”

Ryan, Aaron, and Angie from Grass Valley all supported the fix and did so in the most prompt and professional way. They were super thorough and made sure our propane situation was safe now and also proposed a longer term solution. I couldn't be happier with how they handled. Everything. Thank you!!!This is a tough job, people get very nervous about not having heat for their home or having a leak. The team was awesome and so glad we have you here to support us.”
“These people are amazing, do what they say, and get the job done right! Very refreshing in an age of idiocracy. My car had to be ported over the mountain, and they took care of it really quickly, and also fed my porters lunch! Very nice people!Went to them again to straighten my FJ's steering and suspension.
