“I was at the Big 5 sporting goods store today to trade my shoes in that I bought the other day to get a different pair with wide fitting, the manager helped me in every way possible she was an angel I give her five stars wonderful wonderful person”
“I sent him some steel cables for a very old Golden Eagle compound bow and he was able to make some new ones for me. Very happy with the craftsmanship and very happy since you cannot physically purchase these anywhere anymore and I'm glad I was able to restore a bow that someone was just going to throw away. I was expecting to spend an arm and a leg getting this done and he was able to make them and send them back to me with a decent turnaround. Since then I've already been asked a lot of questions from people in my area and recommended him because everyone was curious where I was able to get new steel cables for such an old bow! Thank you so much!”

“I was a first time customer. I walked in with my two young children after returning a pair of Brooks bought online due to causing blisters on my heels. A gentleman, I’m assuming the owner (?), came to help me and helped me figure out that due to my two pregnancies, and even though the shoe “fit”, I actually needed a full size up from what I had been! He was very patient with me as my two children had their way with the store after my attempts to redirect, but also pay attention to the “runner’s knot” he was teaching me. A woman came and helped distract them. I just appreciated the knowledge, time, and patience these folks gave me. I’ll be returning!”
