“I love that they carry Tuberose when in season. Today I purchased a little grouping and it was wrapped in pretty paper. I asked the gentleman what I can do to make them behave; because the last two times they just didn't ever open, and they died a bit quick. “We have been working with Ruth for the past 10 months on our last remodel. She has given us excellent direction on layouts, wallpaper, paint, tile, design features, upholstery, furniture products, lamps, etc. She has driven from Marin County to Contra Costa County numerous times for on-site meetings. She is always available to answer our questions and to give advice. My husband and I have different opinions on what we like in almost everything and Ruth has smoothly guided us through the process of selecting comfortable colors all over our house. The last time that we did any redecorating/remodeling was in 2005. She has seamlessly guided us through our 2026 project. Ruth is expensive. However, we have had the highest quality service in everything. I would recommend hiring Ruth for small or large projects. She is worth every penny!! P.S. “Very cute store first off! My mom and I love cost plus world market and when ever we travel we always check them out! This one had a lot of good items and we ended up spending over $300 however the customer service from our check out girl was not kind at all. Pia was very rude and spoke to us very bluntly and disrespectful tone. She also over charged my mom charging her for something twice and when she ask my mom if she wanted a bag she just said “do you want a bag” and not a kind way, like you should when you are in customer service. When she was bagging my items she was just throwing them in the bag. I had candles and fragile items and she was very rough with them. Other than that the store was great!”
