“While I typically don't buy auto parts at Napa, the store in Gridley is making me change that. I have started using their house brand items, especially the hose clamps, which are high quality (typically made in the USA) at very reasonable prices. The staff is friendly, and familiar enough with agricultural products to find or order the correct parts. I have run into issues where they don't have a large enough quantity in stock, specifically when I purchased an electrical rocker switch - they only had one in stock.”

“My car had to be jumped every time it started so I went to Auto Zone. Bryan came out tested my battery, it was dead. He pulled it out for me and replaced it all for free, telling me it was covered under warranty. He also went ahead and tested my starter and alternator to make sure they were good as well. He went above and beyond what I expected to help me out.”
