“Overall, a lovely and beautiful place. The staff working at the restaurant were so kind and made us feel very welcomed. The property is full of activities that brought our family together. It’s very family-friendly, as kids will have fun with smores, zip lines, slides, and other fun things.”
“The lodge is adjacent to YNP. It was easy to get there in late March from the S entrance to the park, about a 1 hrs drive. The tunnel view was amazing. The lodge is spacious. The service is great. The cabin was big and clean. The hot tub was big and hot. Tyler gave a fantastic snow shoe hike tour of Toelumne Grove. He is polite, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Our experience at the lodge was fantastic.”

“An employee who hasn't worked there for 6 months is the emergency contact at the hotel. Called and asked to change multiple times, got sherriff involved and still receive phone calls in the middle of the night from guests needing help at the hotel. Stay here at your own risk.”

“It was a great clean room and not too far from Yosemite. The dinner right across was amazing, great food and nice servers! Only problem was that the heat didn’t work! It was so cold in the room even with tons of layers and in the bed! My boyfriend and I were freezing the whole night, it got down to 37 outside. Very curvy roads getting to the place, watch the weather!”

“This is a lovely hotel with lots of character. The room was clean, the beds really I comfortable and the amenities like coffee and tea as well as the bath products were a really nice touch. The shower was great- good pressure, plenty of hot water which you don't always get with older historic properties. What really made it 5 stars was the host. He could not have been more helpful and welcoming. We also appreciate being able to have a one night stay for our too quick trip to Yosemite!”
