“I highly recommend having a bank account here for the personal service. It is a small branch and you really get a very personal feel in this place. Why bank at large impersonal bank where you don't know anyone and they change personnel often, when you can bank here and get to know their entire staff? For my basic banking needs, the staff here do a great job. Even it if is just cashing checks, the lines are short, and the service is excellent!”

“It's really a pity that Sidney is no longer there to help with credit cards, loans, etc. She was really great. And the wait for this place is really long even if you have an appointment. No one at the front desk to sign customer in when I arrive, and four people were waiting.”
“Sorry some people had bad experience with this bank at this branch. I agreed some of their branches are very rude and not customer service friendly. I drove all the way to this branch another day and i went did some banking service, one of the male banker was very nice and greeting and said, " How may I help you?" That is professional!Then he helped me with my banking not even over 5 minutes and done with all the transactions. I was happy with the service. And from now i will come to this branch because is a much better service than any of their other branches.”
