“Came into the store on July 22 at around 1:20 PM to return some Verizon equipment and the two gentlemen that were there were amazing very helpful and kind! The representative that helped me was able to figure out a mailing address that I needed because Verizon wasn’t helpful but he was able to figure it out fast and efficiently. They were also very kind and offered my kids some stickers. These two gentlemen deserve a raise for their awesome customer service!!!”

“The lady at the front desk was really friendly. Over all experience was super quick and stress free. This was my first time ever getting a fingerprint scan done. I did not have an appointment but they were able to help me out right away and answered all the questions I had. It was a great experience. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs this service or passport pictures (they conveniently provide that service as well).”

“Amazing wow where do I start? first and foremost Danny who is very amazing and helpful and insightful on everything that I had questions on. He is the reason why I went there instead of the closer ups to my house. He just makes you feel like wow this guy cares and he really gives his all to make sure your happy and more than helped out. I cant thank him enough which is why the least I can do is write this review about my experience at this location Im just really amazed and impressed that there are still good customer service and helpful people that actually wanna see you fully helped out and happy I appreciate Danny and this ups location so much and im very grateful and I Hope he gets the recognition he deserves because his energy and his helpfulness is really the best in any standard of customer service. “Um, wow! This place is a lifesaver. This morning, I was on a work deadline to upload a video and my Internet went out. After stopping by the library (closed!) I phoned Samantha and she was super helpful. I was able to come right in and get my work uploaded immediately. Pricing is super reasonable, the space is outfitted with everything a wfh-er needs, and there’s even a kitchen and nice coffee machine (: I will be back!”
“These guys go above and beyond in service but that's only the cherry on top to this one stop shop.
We've been using their service for years whether it be for sending packages or getting things notarized.
I decided to write this review today because I needed to have something shipped via FedEx but also needed a custom sized box for another shipment.. I scheduled it out as a stop at FedEx then another stop at UPS. Only then did it occur to me to go here instead. They shipped my FedEx shipment no problem and even cut a box down to size for the other shipment I needed.
Great value as a business concept with added 5 star customer service. Couldn't be happier! Glad they're right around the corner from me.”
“Came here on Sunday 10-15-23 because I had called around to find a place for live scan fingerprints. Most business are not open for live scan on Sundays (which I had looked online two location that advertised they were open Sunday for fingerprints and they were not .) so after seeing online postal annex in yorba Linda was open I called and to my surprise they did do livescan that day. I quickly rushed down and met Leah . She was so sweet and nice . Made the process so easy. Along with other services this store offer's, shipping, notary, fingerprints and making keys! I'm definitely coming back .”
