The Half Moon Bay branch is everything you would expect from a bank: professional, efficient and NO WAITING IN LINE for service. We scheduled an appointment online the day before, and didn't wait at all. Special thanks to Irina, who outlined all available options and guided us through the process. Excellent!”
“I feel bad that the rating is so poor here! The staff is friendly and helpful. This branch closed often, and unpredictably, 2022-2023. It was frustrating enough that I considered switching banks a couple of years ago. But for the last year, they've had very predictable bank hours for the last year and have resumed regular service. I don't have any complaints.”
