CVS, a well-stocked pharmacy and convenience store, offers a pleasant shopping experience for customers in Half Moon Bay. The staff is consistently described as friendly, helpful, and going the extra mile to assist customers, particularly the manager, Phil, who is praised for his attentiveness and efficiency in keeping the lines moving. The store's wide selection of products, from alcohol and wines to beauty items and same-day photo services, caters to a variety of needs. While the older store building has its pros and cons, the overall consensus is that the knowledgeable and accommodating employees, such as Hugo, make up for any minor inconveniences. Customers appreciate the store's extended hours, staying open until 11 p.m., and find it to be a convenient alternative to other local options. Despite occasional issues with the machines, the positive customer service and diverse product offerings make CVS a reliable choice for the community.
