“Rain and Tree work on Hwy 92 had cars stopped at the tree farms before Lemos. I cut my engine only to find it wouldn't start back up. Actually had another tow service called, but they would have taken 1.5hrs and recommended Action when I asked what else could I do. Shauna(Shon?) was so reassuring on the phone and told me she'd have someone there in 20 minutes. Kevin called immediately to say was heading over from Burlingame. Stuck in the same traffic as I was, it took an hour but Shauna/Shon and Kevin called me multiple times to check in. Got the jump my Subaru needed and was back on the highway and out of that scary situation (such big trucks passing through in the bad weather!). Got Action Towing saved for future emergencies I hope I never have to call for.”
