“My trunk stopped closing all the way on my model Y, I called first thing in the morning and Anthony said come on by, by 2:30 my car was ready for pickup even when it took a little more work than expected. Everyone there is super nice and helpful, would give them more stars if I could. Hopefully I don’t need them again but if I do I know where I’m going!”

Les is a) incredibly knowledgeable about every car from the 15 year old Escape to the minivan to the vintage, b) so practical in that he asks what you want to get out of your vehicle vs trying to make it perfect regardless of the life left in the vehicle, and c) kind and personal. They are also very reasonable on cost, but I'd pay almost anything for the way I was treated.”
“I had an excellent experience with Musa and the team at SMT Auto Repair in San Mateo. I brought my Mercedes Benz in to have a damaged bumper repaired and was extremely pleased with their professionalism, prompt service, and attention to detail.
The shop was exceptionally clean and organized, which says a great deal about the care and pride they take in their work. I also appreciated that they protected the driver’s seat and floor with coverings while working on my car. When I picked it up, the interior had even been cleaned.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of the repair and the level of service I received. I feel confident that SMT Auto Repair is who I will call anytime I need auto body work in the future. Highly recommend!

“I had a problem with my car, it turned off and I didn't know what to do, it didn't want to work and I was a little scared, I called them and they arrived quickly, they attended me very well and I arrived home, they really recommended them.”
“This was hands down the best vehicle repair experience I’ve ever had. My service advisor, Gabriel, was absolutely incredible.
Long story short, I’ve taken my truck to 5 separate Dealer Service Centers over the last 18 months. 140 days of which were spent at the Dealer Service Center. Ultimately, they were unable to fix the problem (they actually made it severely worse).
I brought my truck into PTR, explained the issue to Gabriel, he knew exactly what to look for and had the truck fixed in 10 days. Had there not been some specialized parts that needed to be ordered, I have no doubt they could’ve had it back to me in a few days.
Not only did they fix the original issue, they also repaired my alarm and horn wiring (theft attempt), and also fixed my backup camera (it would shutter off and on in reverse). On top of all that, the total cost came in ~$,1000 LESS than the original quoted price.
I truly cannot say enough great things about these guys. Shops like this are rare these days. I’m referring everyone I know to them. Thank you Gabriel and PTR for saving me from this truck nightmare. I cannot thank you enough.”

“I called C&S Towing because I was unable to replace the flat tire on my cargo van, and because my insurance company's roadside assistance service seemed unable to follow through on my call from three days ago.Because we're up in the mountains, it took about an hour and a half to get here, but as promptly as I expected. He handled the replacement quickly, and was courteous and personable.As a note, the depleted workforce resulting from the pandemic may be reducing the effectiveness of roadside assistance services. It may be better to call a highly rated towing service like C & S yourself, then submit the bill for reimbursement afterward.”

“Nobody wants to deal with insurance and getting your car fixed up, but Avenue Auto really knows how to create a pleasant experience out of it. Finished within the promised timeframe. Helped with another issue that I've been putting off. Communicated throughout. And when done, looked good as new. PLUS, totally detailed.
The best part of the whole experience, hands down, was working with Chris. He could honestly teach a course in customer service.
