“I have been a member of NFCU for over 20 years. Let's jump right into this review.
Pros
1. Convenient location in Hawthorne. Free parking lot.
2. 3 ATMS outside for customers to access.
3. During peak hours there are several Tellers open, usually 3 or 4.
4. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Cons
1. Busy shopping center - lots of traffic in the lot during peak hours, usually mid-afternoon to early evening. This makes parking a challenge.
Things to note -
Long lines - most times. Although several Tellers may be open, wait times can be 15 to 20 minutes.”
“Generally don't do much business with BoA, but their notary service was quick and easy! Made an appointment online and Michelle Simon was very helpful. I would reccomend the notary service here”
“My experience with the tellers, bankers, managers, security etc have been great. From my perspective, the representatives communicate efficiently and effectively. Also there is a drive thru ATM and a walk up ATM if a person prefers to use them. Typically, I have a short wait time with this branch. Thus, I am satisfied and recommend them.”

“I had to wire some money to a company quickly. I've never done it before, so I walked into this branch and noticed immediately there was a considerably lengthy line of people waiting to handle their standard banking transactions. So, I lined up with the others. Without even asking for assistance, Mr. Ismael Bustamante walked up to me as I was waiting in the line of people. He asked what I needed to accomplish at the bank that day. I explained I needed to do a wire transfer/payment. He told me to follow him to his desk. Once there, he filled out the paperwork . He handled everything and it went through smoothly. Mr. Bustamante's customer service and professionalism were a big PLUS since I didn't know one thing about how to complete the paperwork necessary for the transaction. He's an incredible asset to Citibank and I recommend looking for him if you need to perform anything outside of your normal baking transactions!!!”
