Unplugged Performance is a business that provides excellent products and ultimate customer service for Tesla and Lucid vehicles. Their accessories, like the Roof/Bed Rack and External Molle Panels, are described as over-engineered, perfect, wide, strong, and massive. They also offer wrapping services, with results leaving cars looking sleek, sexy, and sporty.
The team is unmatched in service, standing firmly behind their products. They are responsive, responsible, competent, and superb. They provide great care and will walk customers through processes from start to finish. When issues arise, such as squeaking coilovers, their specialists schedule visits to fix problems that other shops cannot, leaving cars driving quietly and much better.
The business is located in an industrial area without many amenities. For installation, it is advised to plan on dropping the car off the night before and picking it up the following evening or day after to avoid traffic. Customers consistently report that the team exceeds expectations, delivering service and products that generate positive attention from other enthusiasts.
Great company communication was slow at first but they came through and fixed everything!
