Manny goes way above the call of duty in every task he approaches and takes the time to explain what he's doing. He even came to our house the day he was leaving for vacation. “I walked into this Cricket store wanting to get an Apple iPhone for my personal use. I have a work phone through Apple, which I LOVE!!! The nice lady(employee)who was standing near the door asked me what I was looking for? I immediately told her the phone I wanted!!! She was knowledgeable and went back got me my new Apple iPhone and picked out a very cute case with pop stand on the back, with temper guard for the screen!!! The second employee was there to assist me also very kindly!!! Both employees were kind, knowledgeable and even helped set up my new phone with my old phone!!! They really take customer service seriously!!! Go to them you won’t be disappointed!!!”

“Store itself is nice. Not much is locked up yet, only the electronics. Dog toys kind of lacking. Hate the target circle deals. Need to make an account AND download an app. I go here like once every two years or if I'm extremely desperate, I'm not downloading an app and spending 20 min at self checkout to save 30% on a $20 dog toy.
Amazon is usually cheaper and some items come next morning. Deals are also auto applied without Target inconvenience.”

Also I’m only paying 125$ a month for 5 lines. Sounds like a great deal to me. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the activation fee is high and they could only waive 2 for me.”

“After years of not playing Call of Duty, my PS4 was just sitting collecting dust. Needless to say I all of a sudden wanted to play and drove out to this location. Val was our helper and as soon as we walked in, we were immediately greeted even though she had about 7 other customers ahead of us. She was running back and forth attending everyone in order. Not sure if she was the only one scheduled but it was pretty busy around 4 pm. She killed it! Found the games everyone was looking for through the computer and running to the section where they are located. Some she even knew precisely where they were located without the help of the computer like WHATTTTT! She helped me sign up for the rewards program they offer with my phone number and even gave my discount that same day. Val you are a superstar and wish you the best of luck with the company. Please shout her out or give some kind of recognition she deserves.”
“When I broke my phone and needed a new one, one of the girls there really helped me out (I forgot to get her name). Helped me reactivate my old phone for the day then the following day help me with purchasing a new phone. She answered all my questions and went over the sales that were going on. I would really recommend people with metro to come to this location.”
“On 10/28/2023 I went to this Target on Whipple. I only needed to buy a few things and they seemed to be well stocked with the items I needed to purchase. There have been times when I have gone to this location and I have had to leave because they have run out of what I was planning on purchasing , but yesterday was not one of those times. I also like that they have that Ulta Section, where you can buy the higher end makeup and skincare products. I usually buy those items at Macys or Nordstrom and sometimes Sephora but there are times where I can't get to the mall. Malls do not stay open as late as Target so it can be very convenient when you're out of a specific staple skincare product you use but you're able to buy it at your nearest Target. Of course the buying experience for those makeup/ skincare products is not as nice as when you buy those products at Macys or Nordstrom, however Target can be convenient when you're in a pinch. I digressed talking about the higher end makeup, so getting back on track, Target is a great for your everyday household items. They have many nice things and they are cheaper than several places. Maybe not the cheapest, but compared to some stores they are more reasonable. In spite of this very real inflation, I not only focus prices, but in the aesthetics of the locations I shop and the experience.The service was good that day too. There was this lady with long silver hue hair, who I think is a supervisor always hustling to get the lines down. The several times I have gone this month I have seen her there and she does a good job at getting people through the registers by directing customers to different registers or having a cashier ring up customers that are waiting. Also the cashier that rang me up was very friendly, she actually started a conversation. Her name was Danny.”
“I came in the evening Monday 17th and was helped out by a young man named Ruben he was very helpful and solved my troubleshooting problems. I usually hate coming into this Tmoblie because of past experiences but Ruben made my experience easy and fast he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions very surprised to hear he’s a new hire.”

“Typical 7-Eleven no frills, you have your clerk talking in a foreign language to another one who is stocking shelves? Don't get me wrong, I don't mind the language it's just how they ignore everything else around them? This is common no matter what language they're speaking. I've yet to come across where they're talking in English.”
“Very clean store nice and cool. I was immediately helped through my entire process of adding 2 lines and purchasing a new phone. I was also able to set up everything and swap in store before leaving. All of the staff members were nice and professional. I will edit the name of the actual reps that helped me when I go back. They were so helpful and didn't rush me. We were all excited to see the new fold so I let them do the unboxing since the store model wasn't up yet. This isn't my home store and I stopped there to grab the last phone available. I was very pleased with my service and look forward to going here in the future.”

“Google ALWAYS has this place listed as 24hrs, no matter how many times its submitted that it is UNTRUE. Usually close 11:00PM or 12AM and reopen at 5AM.This location DOES NOT HAVE BEER, WINE, or LIQUOR!!!! At ALL! EVER!Worst Slurpee machines I can recall from any 7/11. It is:a) Machine is out of order outrightb) All flavor are 'not ready'.c) Most, if not any time you do get a Slurpee there it is literally melted, not remaining cold enough till you get to the counter and pay.-----FYI The clerks are frickin awesome. Weird location”
