“This store has always treated me well. Parking lot is well lit and people working there are great. Right now 7/11 has some lovely flower arrangements. Tiny ones for the center of your dinner table in a festive holiday theme. I noticed the impulse items here are very very good. Flowers are fresh and low in price. Donuts are always there when I walk in. Coffee is surprisingly good and its great to have a place where your pastry and coffee are both ok or better than ok. Both stand out as a decent value that is a quick stop.Across the way is an Arco and the neighborhood is a good one. No riff raff.”

“Being open 24 hours is huge, especially as the working force of the bay passes through here for all types of quick snacks and bevs. It used to be riddled with loitering, but it's changed. It's always fun doing a snack run to the local 711. The staff here is always friendly and fast too.”

“This store is doing its thing… the employees are friendly and efficient with their customer service. They keep the shelves nice and full. I enjoy coming in to this market regularly.

This place is a stain in my neighborhood. Sad to say but I live around the corner from this site. Today is July 31st., Thursday 1:55 am. I just came back from shopping there and I’m so upset about the experience I can’t relax and get myself some rest before work. No I need to explain to the internet what was going on in there first.. I get there at 130 am. There was a female customer inside. When I first arrived she had a slurpy in hand and was grabbing a few more things. The clerk was in the back corner of the store while this lady was shopping and was potentially in need of a clerk soon. Me, I know their schedule is to clean the store at 2 till 3 am…why is he sweeping while customers are in the store and actually need to be rung up? He has between to 2 to 3 am to clean an empty store, why sweep now?? I really could’ve just took whatever and left without paying if I wanted to. But I’m not like that. I wanted a case of water and I would be heading back home. So I go straight to the water. And as I walk past the clerk who is in the back corner of the store with a broom. I just say loud enough for him to hear I’m going to need a clerk soon. As I walk past his area. We ended up trying to go thru the same aisle at the same time. I stop to give him a right of way since I already had water in hand. I didn’t want to bump into him. So I stopped and he didn’t take the right of way. He just gestures for me to go first waving his hand in the air motioning for me to go. Felt kind of rude like he was giving me an order or something but whatever. Felt weird because had frantically made a go on motion with his hand telling me to go like I need to hurry. That may have not been any deal if he just said go ahead or something. But he looks like he was annoyed honestly. Then I get to the register. He didn’t greet me with a hello or anything. And of course I’m matching energy so he also didn’t say bye, thanks, or anything when I left. I worked customer service most of my life. It’s not that hard to try to make the customer feel appreciated and comfortable in your shop. I feel like he did everything to keep me from feeling good about my shopping experience. He wasn’t at his register when I first got in there even tho 2 customers were going to need his help soon. He didn’t smile or thank me for helping his store with a sale. That means he doesn’t need my business. And this isn’t out first transaction together. He’s not always unfriendly like this. But the fact that I have to show customer service when I used to do retail. And this 711 employee doesn’t even try to give any bits of customer service to the customers. That doesn’t sit well with me. I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on. This is not even the first time I felt like the employees in this 711 has been acting shady. This is just my first time reporting this store and possibly last time shopping at this store.”

I came in with a pretty frustrating issue about adding a second phone number to my account, and Claudia not only took the time to dig into it, but fully fixed the problem. She went out of her way to make sure I wouldn’t get charged extra or hit with any surprise fees, even speaking directly with a customer service agent to advocate for me.
