He takes wonderful care of the property, keeping it clean, looked after and secure, giving me confidence that my things are being well cared for. He is a great communicator and whenever I need anything he responds to any questions or concerns with prompt, caring and timely communication and help. When my keys were stolen and I needed the lock cut off my unit, he was extremely helpful and made it as positive an experience as possible. He brings a special warmth and genuine care that makes it a joy to see him and work with him, which is a really huge blessing when it comes to where you store your belongings. I am deeply grateful! I was a little nervous when I got it back; I was worried about damage. Miraculously, everything was in great shape. Zipcubes was easy to get in touch with if I needed to access my things, too.”
“We were give an estimate for three guys to break down,wrap and reassemble our 5 rooms of furniture. Loading and unloading was handled with care. Antique furniture was handled with extra care(just make sure to tell them).
