The UPS Store is a great and excellent location, known as the best UPS location. The staff is very friendly, kind, helpful, fast, informative, professional, and pleasantly greeting. They are totally reliable, working diligently to be expeditious and meet significant demand. The process is quick, and they are helpful even when others are not. Customers appreciate the place and would recommend it.
Shoutout to the manager and his staff at the Whipple Road hayward - The UPS Store! I brought in package that needed additional packing. The manager personally ensured everything was boxed securely, and his workers were quick and friendly while processing my label. Great leadership and a highly organized team.
