The staff are very friendly, prompt, and helpful most days, with good customer service and support. Some customers note the service is either great or really terrible, depending on the employee. One worker is amazing, goes above and beyond, and explains everything. However, another staff member was not helpful and even rude. The facility is reliable for printing and sending packages, though one customer was surprised to pay tax for a printing service and will not return for it. The store is locally owned and operated.
The process was smooth that i didn't stayed beyond 20 minutes. The people were very accommodating and friendly.

The staff are very friendly, prompt and helpful. I never had any problems using the facility for printing or returning and sending packages. I particularly like this branch because they have never failed to provide good customer service and support.
